Precision Garage Door Service

It went well; the package was an Angie's list deal and I am glad it was only $99 as it wouldn't have been worth more, but the provider installed the quieter nylon wheels, lubricated and offered recommendations. It is quieter, and he did discuss other upgrades but there was no pressure to do - I didn't. He was very professional and I got what I paid for.

He did a fine job. He kept it going for another several months or a year but the door needs replacing but his effort to fix it seems to have done that. He is very good, professional and nice. He gave me a lot of information and seems to fix it pretty well.

We bought the Big Deal for a garage door tune up and roller replacement and were very happy with the service. Our garage door is much quieter with the new rollers. It was very nice to have the service done without it feeling like a sales pitch for a new garage door. We would definitely use Precision again!

From the call to schedule the estimate to the day of the installation all went as expected and hoped it would go. I had previously used Precision Door for business buildings I managed and knew when it came time to replace my home garage door that Precision Door would get the call. They are professional, prompt on returning calls, including sale calls or service calls and they keep you informed of what to expect, who to expect and what time. They work with you on your schedule not just theirs. Just a great company with great employees. They really do make sure you are satisfied.

They did a professional and thorough job. My husband was impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail exhibited by the technician (Sorry-I do not remember his name) and believe me-he is not easily impressed. The gentleman easily pointed out problems that had kept our garage door from operating properly since we moved in, some 3 years earlier! A reasonable price was agreed upon and the additional work was completed in a timely manner. At one point, we experienced a problem with the newly fixed door and the company came right out and discovered the problem was of own making(something about a board sticking out-I really don't remember) and the representatives were very nice and did not try to make us feel stupid (which we were) and handled the situation with professionalism. They were great!

The service was okay. They were good for what we purchased. There was more of entry deal so they caught me to the house to try to sell you larger package but it was very good for what we purchased. They came as soon as we scheduled it, probably two days. They were very efficient, very quick and very good on what they did.

It was okay. They came out here and didn't understand what their coupon was about so I had to let them know what it was about and they didn't think that was correct so they had to phone it back to the office to confirm.

Initial contact by the company was quick and a technician came out to see us. Because of the garage door's age we discussed options and whether it was best to fix the garage door or replace it. He gave me some literature on the garage doors his company provided and we scheduled another appointment. At the second appointment we had not yet made a decision. The technician said he would be in contact with me later in the week. That contact never came. I never heard from the company again. I felt like they were content to take my money and not do the work. For this reason, I rated responsiveness a "C." After not hearing anything for two months. I contacted the company to arrange the service. Another technician came out and performed the service. He was very courteous, professional and explained everything he did and the garage door works very well.

He was very professional and did a good job. No problems and he did everything he said he would do. I would use Precision again.

Phillip was absolutely fantastic! I wish there were a grade higher than A. He deserves it. Phil did not just replace the opener and springs, he replaced hinges and brackets and the door is absolutely smooth and quiet. He must have put in an extra 90 minutes. I plan to have him come back and replace my other door in future.

The technician arrived on time, and did the work well. He even explained to me what he was doing. He was very professional.

Overall good company,very high pressure to do high cost repairs. My opener was mounted on a block on a metal building which is not very sturdy,2 small lag bolts mount the spring assembly and are pulling loose.The Tech would not loosen the spring to repair this problem,he said I would need a new spring.It was left to pull loose and break later.I have Parkinson's so I can not climb ladders any more or I would fix this myself.I don't believe the spring can't be loosened and re tightened.The cost for the new spring was to high. The basic service was a good deal with the new rollers being very smooth and quiet.

They came out a couple of days after I made the purchase. It was fine and I would use them again.

Repair man arrived on time; explained everything that needed to be done and let me know what it would cost. The work was done quickly and the door seems to be working well.

Technicians were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They answered all of my questions and gave me a quote on a new garage door--the quote was significantly less than I had anticipated. The value of the work they did was worth far more than the $99 I paid. All in all, it was a great deal and one that I'm glad I purchased!

Very good experience. I particularly liked that they were able to respond in about 3 hours, which is very important when your garage door is not working at all. The reservation process was easy and the technician even called and was able to do the work earlier than expected. The technician suggested a few other potential maintenance items, which were definitely legitimate issues, but there was no pressure at all to do anything other than the fix they were called to perform. I asked about the price for a new opener and he provided a quick estimate, which helped me to decide to go ahead with the repair. I also had a burned through bulb cover that he replaced with a part that was on the truck - and this additional work was very much appreciated. I would definitely use Precision for any future service and recommend them to others.

I called and made an appointment and they came out within a few days. I had to pay extra because there was other work I had him do on top of what the big deal was for. They were professional, they came when they said they would and he did not do any work without getting my approval first. I was fine with them. I would use them again.
