Precision Garage Door Service

I purchased the big deal and they were good. They came on time and they seemed to do a good job.

Great Service! Worth the money that I paid. Technician was very nice and helpful.

Tech showed up on time and lubricated door, tightened garage door bolts, got my light connections secured again, etc. Garage door opens much more quietly and lights are working perfectly. Suggestions were made to prevent future problems, but none were noted to be immediately necessary. Overall, very happy with the work done.

I enjoyed working with them. They had all the parts on hand. They got out and did everything agreed.

Arrived on time. Very professional and friendly.

Stated that they couldn't do the work, that would cost another 100 for someone else to come out and do the wrong work. Had to come to home three times and each time, the job wasn't done correctly.

They came out and did the garage door tune-up. He was very friendly and let me know when he was finished. He told me exactly what he did. The door worked pretty well at the beginning but it has since gone back to the way it was.

The service went very well. Technican did a great job.

What they did was not what was described in the Big Deal. They swapped the garage door wheels with ball bearings. If you want to have adjustments or anything else done, it costs more. The guy did do a good job. He was on time.

It was the best experience I've ever had with a company. He was very professional. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. They were willing to come to my home between 6pm. and 8pm so I didn't have to interrupt my work day. There was no emergency call charge since it was later in the day.

They wanted to charge me again and I refused and he told that he had to charge me and I refused. Will not use them again.

Went fine, although it cost more than I expected , but I was stuck without a functioning door . With other contractors I couldn't get them to either return my calls or show up.

The work they did was good. Tried to sell other services, which may or not be needed at this time. Would call them again.

Russell the repair person arrived on time and identified himself at the door. He carefully inspected the garage door, opener, and rails. He gave me his recommendations and suggested I go with the double spring instead of the original single spring because of the size of the door. He gave me the price and I agreed with his suggestion. Job did not take long and he carefully installed and adjusted the springs. He checked the opening of the door and door opener function. He quickly cleaned up and gave me my receipt. I would recommend Russell to doo all my garage door work.

They completed a garage door tune-up and installed a wireless keypad entry. I purchased this service as an Angie's List Deal and was very glad I did! Excellent price for great service.

It is quieter and rolls better. However, they indicated that 1) the door needs to be inspected annually and 2) the spring was likely to fail before too long, and therefore recommended parts replacement and a service contract. I felt the pressure to purchase additional services was somewhat unprofessional, though the work they did was excellent.

It made sense and he gave a couple options for repair/replacement. He was very efficient and did not take a long time. We replaced the one busted spring with 2 springs for the overall best result.

It was spur of the moment, he was actually at my neighbors doorstep and asked him to came over. He came over and gave me an estimate. He came out and did the work within a week. He came promptly and was in and out within two hours. It was no mess and no hassle. I would highly recommend him to others.

When they first installed the system I was pleased. However, they are constantly charging me for any type of repairs and assessments. I think we were struck by lighting and they were unwilling to cover the repairs. They wanted to charge me more to fix the system than they originally charged me to install it. I thought that was ridiculous. I also called once to ask what type of battery replacement I needed for the opener. They said they would have to come out and charge a $69 service fee to help me. I am very frustrated with their service and all the additional fees.

The technician was prompt and very courtesy. After conducting a thorough check of my garage door I was informed it needed new rollers, and by the sound of it when it open and closed the technician was right. He replaced the rollers, tighten the hinges, check the tracks, and made adjustment to the torsion and extension springs. Once the work was completed the technician made sure everything was working properly. The last thing he did prior to leaving was check the reversing senors. A job well done!

He was very punctual, polite and efficient. The door operation is much improved. Plus we found out that we need a new opener and springs.

Arrived as scheduled, explained any problems well, performed repairs in a professional and satisfactory manner and cleaned up when finished.
