It went well. He made some adjustments, made some suggestions for me to take heed for the next time. I would indeed use Precision in the future.

The technician explained everything to me and showed me problems that I should be looking out. He was very professinal and informative.

The employee was a total professional. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived a few minutes early and went straight to work. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was both polite and pleasant. No debris was left in the area. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I am switching to this company for all of my garage door needs!

time scheduled at my convenience , provider arrived promptly ,inspected and gave me choices for improvements. Just what I wanted.

Arrived on time, explained the new problems to my satisfaction, got permission for the work and completed it pretty fast.

Purchased a garage door tuneup from Precision thru Angie's List. Was supposed to hear back from them within 2 days to set up an appointment. Angie's List sent an email asking if I had been contacted. When I responded that I had not, Angie's List contacted them on our behalf to ask for a call from Precision. Still no call. Unfortunate that they didn't try harder to resolve this. However if this is any indication of their service, I'm glad they didn't call. Thanks to Angie's List for trying.

my door runs quiet & smooth.

EXCELLENT. My garage was making some noises coming up and down, and when it was down there was a side that didn't close all the way leaving a gap. Drew the tech made all necessary adjustments, now the noise is gone, the door closes all the way down. It is a 20 year old house so the garage needed some TLC and there are some parts I will need to purchase to maintain it as you would do anything but nothing that will break anytime soon if you will. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very refreshing to see people loving what they do and take pride in it.

Was not able to get the door to raise all the way up as I hoped. Recommended a new door. The garage door is 25 years old and most likely needs to be replaced at some time.

Technician was onsite to provide estimate same day I called, Brian assessed my doors and outlined options. Work was done the next day. Brian called before he came each time, either giving his ETA or telling me he was on the way. He worked very methodically and the quality of installation was excellent. He provided training on the opener operation and suggested a maintenance schedule. He programed all of the controls and even the built-in controls in my car. He was most professional and I could not be happier with the experience. We will certainly do business with this company again.

Pretty good. I spent a little bit more than I thought I would. He was on time and did the job in a timely manner. He had everything that he needed on his truck.

They were very prompt answering our request for service and flexible making the appointment. Richard even called ahead and ended up coming over about 1 hour earlier than scheduled. They had everything they needed on the truck and we able to complete the job very efficiently and quickly. I am sure others offer nice service but this was excellent service at a reasonable price and done as promised. NO SURPRISES! Highly recommended.

Our garage door had a problem and my husband made a few calls and I think he chose them to come out. It was good service. They came quickly. As far as I can tell, they completed their job fixing it and we haven't had any problems with it since.

I have not yet used the service, however I do give the company an A for their responsiveness and professionalism.

They came, they did, they try to save me money first by really working hard to see if they could save the garage door opener that was there for the past 20 years and I mean the fellow was really really nice who came I suppose the service man and he was really nice. He tried his best, but I did have to get a new one, I could understand that and it is working fine. He was very professional.

It was perfect. I did not use the deal. That deal was to come and service the garage door and they could not service my old door. I was not able to use the deal. It was high quality with flawless install.
