Precision Garage Door Service

He did a decent job. They had done work for us before.

It didn't go very well. It wasn't a lot, it was a special deal I got through Angie's list. The guy was nice but my garage door still doesn't work. The pricing was fine, I didn't have any problem with pricing but they didn't solve the problem. I think that he was sharp but I don't think he has been doing it long enough to know exactly what the problem was. Responsiveness was fine.

It was excellent. I had another bracket put on and that was additional. He just seemed to know what he was talking about, the knowledge of it. He knew garage doors very well and explained in detail.

It was not real great. They just stopped working again two days later. They could've fixed the garage door.

t went fine. It was the second time that they've come out. They did one garage door last year and then the other garage door this year. We were happy and our garage door was terrific. The whole thing including the remote is something like $600 per door. They refurbished the whole door. They put in a new hardware and new springs. The quality of their work was good.

It went just fine. The guy who came was very nice and I was satisfdied with what they did. I got a new motor and light and it was the one that their company provides and I do not like it as well as the lift master one that I had that he had to replace. It works just fine, the only difference is the one that I had had a light that would light up both sides of the garage and this one has a light that only lights one side of the garage so it's dark on the other side. The man who came and the services they provided were very nice, I just don't like their product. Their personnel and their services were fine but their product does not get an A rating. Their price was okay. What they did was good and my lower rating was for the product.

They've done their work for the last 7 years. I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and their ads for details and everything else. They're always taking care of me.

The service was fine. We paid an additional fee to the $99 Big Deal for the extra work.

I asked the service provider to check out my garage door. It wasn't closing correctly and the motor seemed to be making a lot of noise. He was unable to figure out how to make the garage door close evenly and said I needed a new opener. I fixed the uneven closing of the door myself and learned that the problem with the noisy opener was due to the chain needing to be tightened. I ended up fixing that myself too. All he did was spray some lubricant on the moving parts and try to sell me a new door and opener.

We bought the special $39 tune up package. That basically covered them spraying silicone lubricant on the tracks and coil. That helped some but the tech talked me into switching to the rubber wheels at an addition cost of $220. They did help a lot HOWEVER I later realized they had an another angie's list deal for $99 that included both lubricant and the wheels. I think it would have more honest for them to have let me know about the alternate angie's list deal that would have cost me a total of $99 instead of charging me $260 at the door.

Called and asked if they could come earlier than appointment was scheduled since they were in the area, had no issues with it. Did a great job, found issues with the bottom seal and the rollers. I was already aware of this, they will need to come back to replace the seal at an additional charge of $129. Emailed me a complete copy of the invoice and findings. Very professional.

Great service and extremely pleasant to work with! The technician was able to get the door better aligned on the track and provided tips for the future. Will definitely use again if the time comes that service is needed on my garage door.

It went pretty good. They were pretty good. It seemed expensive but he did a good job.

The technician was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the service completed within an hour. He was on time and cleaned up after he was done. I was very pleased with the service.

It was a big deal. Then, we had a problem with the door. So, we called them back. They repaired it and it was $273.

Aaron Shealy & David Curtis were my techs. They were professional, courteous and prompt. The best part was when it was done, I still liked them and the company they represented. The work price was a combination of an Angie's List $39 deal for the service call and $64 for the seal. I expected possible problems from reported upselling but I have no complaints. They didn't try any of the things I've read in other reviews. They earned their money with a stubborn worn out seal that didn't want to come loose. Right now, they are at the top of my list for a new insulated door I have planned this fall. They quoted me a price for a better door and $700 less than their competition.

I will use him again in the future.

I didn't notice a quieter difference from the rubber to the metal rollers.

Technician was able to accommodate my work schedule, and showed up promptly. He did a thorough job, and showed me why additional work was needed. Work was performed properly, and door works much better than it did before servicing.

Original cost 198.00 + additional items totaled to $345.50. was satisfied with the service.

The technician arrived on-time and quickly installed the keypad opener. I was having trouble with my door optical sensors, so the technician switched the transmitter and receiver location and aligned the sensors. He then tightened and lubricated the garage door and tracks. There were several problems that were discovered during the inspection, and I presented with an invoice that listed good (the included service), better (replacing the rollers and operator bar for $250), and best (replacing most - if not all - of the operating hardware. I elected to go with the "good" service, and the door operates much better and is much quieter, thanks to the lubrication.

Team from Precision Door was professional and on time. I purchased tune-up and roller replacement but technician explained where my garage door components were lacking and what kind of problems could arise from them. I opted for the full package of an overhaul that included a lifetime warranty and they completed the work in very quick time and the garage door has been operating better than ever.
