Precision Garage Door Service

Eager to perform more services than covered in their 'tune up' offer, but even though I declined additional work, everything went very well. The nylon rollers are very quiet and the door operates much better. I would hire them again for future services.

We have been very pleased with the service by Precision. From the ease of setting up appointments with the very nice staff in office to the technicians who came out for both appointments. All were very professional and informative. Was also impressed with timeliness, called ahead to let me know both times they would be EARLY, and with how they cleaned up after themselves.

Service started out fine, but an issue came up at the end. It was a Friday afternoon and just after five o'clock, so I couldn't call a manager. Monday I called and asked to speak to a manager. The receptionist took a message and within five minutes a manger, Bryan, called back. We discussed the issue and Bryan was very quick to resolve it. I was very pleased with how the company handled everything. Due to the way they handled my concerns, I would recommend Precision Door Service.

He was great! He gave me his recommendations. He did an inspection and removed the squeal the door had. I am very happy with it! It works great now. I would use them again in the future if needed.

It went fine. One door was a little off adjustment and there were a couple parts that needed replacement. The parts were covered by an existing warranty with them. I've always been totally pleased with the work they do and they are really nice people!

Brian Simms arrived on time and went immediately to work! He also pointed out some necessary fixtures that I needed to be aware of. He was careful to take me step by step in what he was doing and answered all my questions! As I told him, I would call him back in a minute if I needed to. And Yes, I would refer him to anyone that needs an attentive & honest professional to work on any part of their garage door!

The door is old but they serviced the door and replaced old rollers. When the door finally needs replacing we'll probably use this company.

Our garage door spring broke. After other calling other companies that couldn't come, precision showed up immediately the same day. We had been looking at replacing garage doors anyway. The tech fixed the spring to get us by until the doors could be ordered and installed. Great company and employees.

Friday 13th bad luck, a spring broke on my garage door. Monday afternoon I called Precision Door based on their Angie's List rating and reviews. They had an appointment available the same day, I guess The Fates smiled on me to make up for the bad luck! The technician, Russell, called over an hour earlier than expected - his other appointments did not take as long as planned, so he got here an hour before the appointed time. He had all the parts on his truck, knew exactly what to do, completed the work efficiently, and is a very pleasant person also.

Service technician was very professional. Checked problem (including cause), communicated recommended repair, provided reasonable estimate, then quickly made repairs needed. He also adjusted both doors slightly to reduce stresses on springs & hopefully extend spring life longer than original one.

Called on a Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for the following Monday morning. The service tech arrived on time and immediately began to service the garage door. He was very professional and explained all the options related to upgrading the door. I had purchased through Angies List a $75 service fee for $39 and was able to use this to reduce the cost. I can easily recommend Precision Door Service.

They were fine. They said it was possible I may need a new string in the future.

I originally requested a tune-up but after the initial inspection, the technician suggested that I have a complete overhual performed. He took the time to explain why he suggested it and explained everything that was included in the service. I agreed to the service and he knocked much quicker than I expected. The door works great now. I'll definitely use them again.

I called Precision at 9:30 this morning and spoke to Vanessa. She set my appointment for today and sent me an email confirmation. At 11am, Russell and Anthony showed up to replace the spring. The estimate was $204 to replace the spring and do the work; I used the Angie's List coupon for a free service call with repair dropping the price to $139. They replaced the spring, reset the wires, tested the door, and were done by 11:30am. Wow. If every service business I called was as prompt, professional, and dedicated, my life would be stress free! I will recommend Precision.

We were having a problem with our remotes. We had already had the batteries checked and were told that they were good. we had had another garage door specialist check them out, but they were unable to solve the problem. The two workmen with Precision Doors would not give up. They tested and tested and finally checked the light bulb in our opener. It was a LED low energy bulb. When they changed it to a regular incandescent bulb, the remotes worked perfectly.

Alex and Brian were right on time and performed the servicing quickly and efficiently. Their customer service was exceptional and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely use their services again

It was very good. It went very well. One of the doors wasn't working and now it's working very well. I would recommend them. The pricing is very good.

It went fine. They were punctual, cooperative, and I'd use them again. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work -- I can definitely notice a difference in the door since they did the work.

arrived early after calling ahead to see if it was ok,explained the work and gave me choices on how much to spend. he had a hard time computing the total charges. everything worked well.

It went well. The provider showed up to do a routine inspection (we had a coupon for a set price) but we knew the door was having issues. He gave us a quote to fix it and did so and provided a warranty to us as well.

Terrible service and over charges. Would NOT RECOMMEND for any service!
