Description of Work: Jack worked with us throughout the foreclosure process-- coming out and inspecting our pool as a courtesy. He was so helpful we used him in the off season to help us drain and pressure wash our pool. It was a swamp when we started. We were very happy with the end result. We will definitely be in touch with Jack Oliver Pools in a few years when it is time to resurface and update our gunite pool.

 + -1 moreJack came by and was very accomidating regarding my schedule. He did a basic pool inspection and gave me instructions on how to get it cleaned up for the season. He ordered chemicals for me as well. A few days later, his service worker showed up to repair a broken valve, a leaky filter line and to deliver the chemicals. The repair person didn't say much of anything. Jack was nice, but I was left still feeling a little usure about the daunting task ahead of me, a little more guidance would have been appreciated.

Description of Work: I had my pool cartridges changed/general pool maintenance visit. I also visit Jack's store on Millwood frequently for pool supplies, advice, and water testing. He did a great job with my pool maintenance and I think his prices are very good for pool supplies and chemicals. I have had AWFUL service by other pool service companies and I find working with this company delightful and extremely trustworthy and professional.
