Description of Work: Good, honest automotive in Columbia with reasonable rates and no surprises is very hard to find, which is good for business at Danny's. Description of Work: Danny's did a full car service (oil change, tune up, all filters replaced, all fluids drained and replaced, and serpentine belt replacement.) Went will they finished in that day sooner than I thought they would.

Description of Work: Had a problem, went to see them about addressing the problem. I don't know the woman's name who does customer service, but she was arrogant, condescending, "I know what I'm talking about, you don't." person I've tried to deal with. She may be right, but, telling me, in so many words, that I'm stupid, and that I should gladly accept any price she proffers, will not get MY business. As long as she's there, I wouldn't go if they were the last auto service dealer in Columbia.

 + -1 moreAfter we got the car back we noticed it was still pulling to the left. She had one of the employees take her back home and he noticed that it was pulling to the left as well. However, when we went back to pick the car up they informed us they didn't do anything to the car because there was nothing wrong with it. We ended up taking the car to another mechanic who was able to fix the problem and it no longer pulled to the left. They never gave us a chance to talk to the mechanic, he would never come out to speak with us. We had to speak to the person at the counter and I don't think she knew what she was talking about either. The approximate cost listed was for the tires, alignment and work that they had to do.
Description of Work: My wife took her car here to get new tires because they worn. She asked them to do an alignment as well. This took them several days to do as they needed to get a part.
