it went smoothly and timely

Sell process was ok, did not have good color pictures of metal roof. Sales person said it would take 4 hours to build shed. Originally scheduled for end of May, they called and said the black metal roof was not in and so re-scheduled to June 5. We had our father come down (9.5 hour drive) to supervise the build. On June 3rd they call and say they are out of Black roofing and could we do charcole. When we agree, they move build to June 10th. Had father stay extra week. Call on June 8th and confirm for June 10th build. They say yes and give details. At 11:30am on June 10th they have not come, we call the scheduler and they say it 'is no longer on the schedule and he doesn't know why'. With pressure, he agrees to have the crew come on Saturday. So father comes down for NOTHING. Crew comes on Saturday and the wrong windows are loaded, we agree to the different windows. The metal roof loaded is too short, so we go out and purchase singles on Sunday morning and do not get the metal roof. The instructions the crew was given did not include the installation of the door, we paid to have the door installed. They gave us white boxing, we did not want white boxing. The scheduler/sales person basically was in contact with the on-site crew but would not speak with us directly and instead had the crew who was working the entire weekend deal with the upset customer. The scheduler/sales person never called us that day. The shed build took from 9am to 7pm on Saturday, and from 7am to 7pm on Sunday. The crew on-site does a very good job and has high quality. I felt bad because they worked from sun up to sun down both days on the weekend with no assistance from the main office who messed up the order. In the end, although the shed looks nice, it is NOTHING like we pictured. We had a black metal roof with square windows. Now we have shings with rectangle roof. They did take the cost of the roofing and $200 off the price of the shed due to our inconvenience.

The sales person was knowledgeable, and the builders were thorough and efficient. They built it quickly, yet paid attention to quality and detail. They had to return to adjust the doors after the building settled two months later, and they were here very quickly.

The work was performed as expected. I am delighted with the utility and functionality of the end product. The quality of the materials and workmanship was very good. The crew I had builds one of these almost every day and they know how to do it efficiently and correctly. The only issue was that while they did get it done in one day (terrific), it did take them until after 7 p.m. to finish. The work was done on Friday and the crew may have been moving a little slower than earlier in the week, but still, it was finished in ONE DAY.

Great. No problems. Got exactly what I paid for & the quality of the build was fine. The builder was on time & professional.

They were very upfront and honest about what they were doing and always answered our questions. We thought they did a great job and appreciated the way they responded to what we told them we wanted. The work was done a while ago and I do not remember the price.

SR. SALES REP, RICK, WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. CONSTRUCTION CREW, MARK, DANIEL AND CHUCK WERE PROMPT, FRIENDLY, EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, AND HARD WORKERS. MATERIALS USED WERE FIRST QUALITY, AND THE CONSTRUCTION WAS GOOD QUALITY. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE BUILDING. THEY ASSISTED WITH ALL OF THE OPTIONS AND WE SETTLED ON A PRICE AND AN INSTALLATION DATE. I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL THE DAY BEFORE THE INSTALLATION DATE TO CONFIRM THEY WOULD BE HERE AS PLANNED. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THE BUILDING WAS ASSEMBLED IN AN EXPEDIOUS MANNER. EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL UNTIL IT CAME TO THE OPENING OF THE DOUBLE DOORS. A TELEPHONE CALL WAS MADE AND THE MANAGER CAME TO SETTLE THE ISSUE. THE OPENING OF THE DOOR WAS NOT SPECIFIED ON THE ORDER. I HAD ASSUMED THAT IT WOULD OPEN OUTWARDS, BUT ONE NEEDS TO SPECIFY WHICH. THE MANAGER AGREED TO REPLACE THE DOOR WITH ONE THAT OPENED OUT. HE SAID THAT ONE WOULD BE BROUGHT OUT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THIS TURNED INTO A WEEK. THEY CAME AND INSTALLED TO DOOR AND ALL WAS ACCEPTABLE. THEY KEPT THE AREA CLEAN AS THEY WORKED AND WHEN FINISHED, THE SITE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. MY COMMENT WOULD BE TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL OPTIONS ARE CLEARLY DOCUMENTED.

EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY AROUND. THEY ARE VERY FAST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I LIKE THE FACT THEY DID NOT TEAR UP THE YARD AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED.
