Description of Work: The person who came to clean the carpet left brown spots in the carpet that had not been there. He also left the carpet very wet. He came back in a week after I called to complain and got most of them out, but seemed to have a bit of an attitude.

Description of Work: clean carpet , vacuumed quickly as if I were vacuuming. Went so fast there was no way the carpet cleaner had time to do its job. I was told it would dry quickly ... it took over 4 hrs. carpet was relatively new w/o stains - did not look well cleaned when dried.

Description of Work: The above date is approximate. When the gentleman arrived, he thought he was supposed to only do three rooms. While I was looking for the receipt, he called his office and confirmed it was four rooms. He was complaining about how he was rushed. I was shocked at how little time he took. After the carpet dried, I could not tell any difference. There was a heavy trafficked area that I re-did with our home shampooer. It sucked up buckets of almost black filthy dirty water. I was not expecting a super clean job for only $69, but I did expect to see at least some improvement. Was not worth $10.00, much less $69. Very disappointed.
