Description of Work: Ruth came to the house and tuned the piano quickly and professionally. It sounds great. It is an older player piano, and she told us a good bit about the instrument's history. She was knowledgeable and very nice to talk to, and also very kind and patient with our children, who were interested in learning about piano tuning and watched closely as she worked.

Description of Work: Excellent on every level. Very professional and very well trained. She found a couple of 'wires' that needed to be replaced and she rebuilt a part of the piano that required an assistant come with her (that's why more expensive than a 'typical' tuning visit. I highly recommend!
