Description of Work: NE Carpet Cleaning did a terrific job and I'll use the company again. The owner called me back immediately and was easy to schedule with. He steam-cleaned my den carpet, which had never been cleaned in 10+ years and was filthy from a puppy, and cleaned the runner on the stairs. They look great. For an additional fee, he also took three throw rugs and had them cleaned and back in place the next day. Best of all, he played with the dog!

Description of Work: Cost was $99 for three rooms, however we focused on the living room, so he never got to other areas due to time spent on one rug. My husband who orderd the service was happy with support around one area of rug that had odor, but after cleaning the carpet was dulled, did not look clean, and overall looked worse then before. Only small furniture moved, majority of rug thus was not cleaned because furniture not moved. Overall not a good experience.
