Description of Work: We had hired this company earlier this year to clean our carpets. He did such a great job we asked him to go to my parents house to clean their carpeting. There were stains on the carpet (cranberry juice) that even the tech wasn't sure if he could get out. The results were beautiful. There was no sign of the stains and the carpet looked line new. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: Carpets were cleaned but it did not seem to penetrate deeper stains. The carpeting looked like new for a few days but then the old stains showed through.

Description of Work: The provider vacuumed, cleaned and deodorized the carpets in 3 rooms and 2 halls. His original price was $149 but I chose to pay an extra $50 for stain guard. Although not expected by me, he moved a heavy piece of furniture that I was not able to move and cleaned behind it. He came a long distance and was friendly and helpful. Great price! Great service.

Description of Work: Joe was great! To me that means he was responsive, professional, patient with questions, and personable. |I feel he was consistent with communication (about when he would be arriving and how much things would cost). |Joe really seems to know his stuff. He helped us by cleaning two inherited rugs. He also responded to a pet issue quickly and honestly. An animal lover himself, Joe helped us assess the situation and deal with a cat pee emergency- no judgment. |Would utilize his services again!
