WAYNE'S SERVICE PLUS

These are great people too. They give you a list everything that is going on with the car, and then they prioritize it - like a triage. I had a 14 year old car at the time. They would say you have a cracked head gasket and they would fill up the fluids and whatever for free. They did a lot of diagnostic work. They gave me quotes on everything.They would tell me what I could live with and what needed to be done immediately. These people develop a personal relationship with you. They know me when I call and they don't have to look me up in the computer, they know me by name. It's a very personal thing. For price, I don't have anything to compare it to, but it always seemed fair to me. Quality is definitely an A, I've never had to go back and have them re-do anything. They get it done and it stays. I can always get in. They are always done on time.

I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Wayne's. They really got out of their way to help you. I stopped going to my dealer long ago and never looked back. I recommend them all the time!!

The price was definitely higher than comparable quote, but service was excellent and brake pads as well as rotors are good as new. 

They did a great service.  They have a good place.  Their mechanic is good.  I had no problems with them.

This staff is amazing, the service was fast and fair. They offer a Military and or AAA discount.

They did an overall service. The car has been working fine since the work. Their pricing and time estimates were fairly accurate and they kept us up to date on the progress and work. We dropped off the car and took about 8 days total for the service. We were overall impressed with the quality and contact and follow up. They also have a good warranty, which is important to have.

Their staff is very courteous and thorough, very welcoming when you walk in there, their carts are certified and they get the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and a reasonable cost. They did a good job. They even have a courtesy vehicle, they will drop you off in your office in you work in the Providence area. That is cool. My car was fixed on time.

Fluids were changed as recommended by Toyota and a full inspection was done on the car to find any problems and a minor one was found which would have resulted in a major problem if it wasn't detected early enough.  Very through and very professional service.    The only place I use in Rhode Island and have been been using Wayne's since I came upon this place in 1996.  AAA approved as well.  You'll have peace of mind the work was done right if you have it done at Wayne's

They did a very thorough job. They fixed it all, and I was very pleased with them. It's a great family business.

You never know with mechanics, they hold all the cards if you know nothing about cars. Having said that, I feel like Wayne's is about as good as it gets. They do not try to sell you on unnecessary maintenance or repairs when you get an oil change or come in for a specific problem. They explain everything. They are professional and nice. Their prices are fair. 
With mechanics, you have to have some degree of trust that they have your best interest in mind and we really do feel that way with Wayne's. Before we moved here we had a mechanic that would talk US out of maintenance and repairs, saying "you can get another 10,000 miles on that before replacing it." We had total trust with them. I feel almost as good with Wayne's in the 9 months we've been working with them, and that's saying a lot.

They are really good.  I wouldn't go back to them if they don't treat me well.  I trust them not to pass a bill.  They talk to me like I actually do know something about cars, but I actually don't.  It's flattering that they think I do.  They are conscientious.  They do not just care about getting my credit card, but they seem to care about how the car is driving and how everything is going.  They look for problems and warn me about things ahead of time.  They say that I don't have to do it right now, but I might want to think about it in another few months or keep an eye on this thing or that thing and let them know if anything crops up.  I think conscientious is the best word to describe them.

Very well.  We think that Wayne's offers superior service and knowledge... we would not consider going to any other facility.  (Just as an aside, we drive  Honda's and Civic's, but Wayne's has also serviced a Subaru that we once owned.)

They are great. It seems like they do good work and they don't over charge. They seem honest and reputable which is a good feature being a mechanic.

The biggest thing we can say about this company is that they are very honest. If you have then work on your vehicle, you know it is going to be done right, with no surprises later. They are not out to hustle you because they want your repeat business. Everyone is very polite, and they treat you with a great amount of respect. They do have good prices for their services. I can say that some of their prices seem high, but for the most part they are very competitive.

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK, AND I FEEL THAT THEY ARE REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICES. I ALSO FEEL THAT THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY, AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT REALLY NEED TO BE DONE.
