 + 7 moreJoe was easy to work with and was willing to pick up materials as needed (frequently). He even went out of his way to exchange a fan that I had purchased that didn't work when I wasn't able to do so myself because I was at work. Joe and his crew were friendly and they were recommended to me by our realtor. My wife and I are very happy with the work. The job took 4 days including staying late on the fourth day.
Description of Work: Price does not include materials. Joe and his crew repaired our 2nd story deck - this involved jacking the deck up, pulling it away from the house to inspect why it was coming off the house, installing new lag bolts, moving three posts from the patio under the deck to the ground (in 4' deep sauna tubes filled with concrete), adding more support under the deck, and adding stairs from the second story down to the yard. This involved adding pillars, again with sauna tubes, making the staircase, and it included adding a 4'X4'X10" concrete landing at the bottom of the stairs. They also added two lights and a ceiling fan (including wiring).
