When I picked up my vehicle it was like picking up a new vehicle that just came out of the showroom. in fact it was even better because when I bought my car it was in the show room and it looks better now The interior was Immaculate and clean even better than the best detailing job from a real good car wash company. And I got the Royal treatment they made me fell like I was part of the Family. I would advice any body to use Providence Auto Body 10 stars times 10. I showed my car to some of my friends and family and they told me of some of there experiences with other body shops and the said that they definitely would use Providence Auto Body in the occasion they needed to. Would never know it happened if you inspected the areas!

The company was very courteous and professional. We were given a loaner car for the duration of the repair, which made things much easier for us. The repairs took longer than expected, however, and there was a lot of back and forth over whether we could have our car back in time for Thanksgiving travel. We did, in the end. The car looked good as new after we took it home. However, a problem soon cropped up with one of the wheels and it turned out a bearing was loose and hadn't been properly secured. We brought it in immediately and they fixed it immediately. Since that time, we have noticed one further problem, and that is that the trim around the window of the new door has rusted. This is apparently the result of their using an after-market part. It may be fixable with a new paint job.

Providence Auto Body failed twice to competently repair the rear of the car. The first time they even neglected to replace some of the parts that was to be replace. These parts were listed on the estimate and was paid for. Also the paint applied had large and numerous scratches in the base coat. Therefore, it STILL NEEDS to be redone. P.A.B. was paid to do certain repairs to the car that just simply was not done and done badly. The loaner car was charged to my cc. This was a charge that P.A.B. said would be resolved however the charges remain. I now have a charge of $530 for the loaner and also have to bring the car in for a third time because large scratches that are STILL in the base coat. P.A.B. now claims I asked Hertz for an upgrade which is totally false. I was given that car at P.A.B. and was told by them it was a free service(insurance coverage). P.A.B said the repairs would take 7-10 days it took them almost a month and it was is such bad shape parts fell off the car.

THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED PRICE. I GOT MY CAR IN RIGHT AWAY. I ALSO GOT MY CAR BACK RIGHT AWAY. THEY EVEN HELPED ME FILL OUT THE INSURANCE CLAIM CORRECTLY.

I HIT A DEER WITH MY CAR AND THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB ON THE REPAIRS THAT I NEEDED DONE. THEY PROVIDED A RENTAL CAR FOR ME TO USE, WHILE I WAS GETTING THE CAR FIXED AND GOT MY CAR BACK QUICKLY.

I WAS IN A SMALL FENDER BENDER AND NEED TO HAVE MOST OF MY FRONT END REPLACED. THEY QUOTED ME A LOWER PRICE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE AND WORKED TO FIND ME THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PARTS FOR MY CAR.

THE WORK THAT PROVIDENCE AUTO REPAIR DID WAS GREAT. I HAD BEEN IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND HAD TOTALED MY CAR. THEY PRETTY MUCH BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TO LIFE FOR ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE.

THEY WERE OVERPRICED BUT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH EVERYTHING. THEY TOOK TOO LONG TO GET MY CAR BACK TO ME AND THAT WAS A DRAWBACK OF GOING THERE. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER I WILL GO BACK AGAIN.
