SeaScape has provided the highest level of lawn care, tree & landscape services since 1992. Beginning first as a lawn care service company (lawn fertilization and related offerings), our services have expanded to now include tree & shrub care (insect and disease control); complete tree services; comprehensive pest control; full service commercial property landscape management; as well as Christmas and holiday lighting. Description of Work: Seascape treats my lawn year round and do a great job. They alert me when service is scheduled to occur and this gives me time to finish my lawn work before they arrive. The only issue I have had with Seascape is that their discount offer for the next year's service comes during December, when competition for my disposable income is highest...October or November would be better for me to pay this bill for the next year. Otherwise, servce from Seascape is great and they are my preferred provider.

Description of Work: I hired Seascape to restore my lawn, which was in bad shape. It is well on the way to recovery now and they will finish the work next spring. I found for large projects, it is best to meet with the person who comes to assess the problem, rather than have them just send someone out and leave a write-up for me. Because they responded so well to issues with my lawn, I've now hired them to treat some shrubs and will call them for tree pruning early next year.

Description of Work: Undone as yet. Work promised by the tech, Patrick B. as he sat at my dining room table for between 3/29/12 and 4/2/29. When I called today, 4/9/12 I was told it was a misunderstanding by a person who minimized the fact that the process had been misrepresented to me. It wasn't until I told her I wanted my money back that any action was taken. Perhaps it was just that, a misunderstanding but it certainly didn't have that feel about it to me. Maybe the tech/salesman needed the sale? I don't know. But, I am displeased and would never be able to recomend this company to anyone.

Member: My name is Seth Wilson, General Manager for SeaScape. I apologize that you have experienced a less than desirable experience at SeaScape and cannot recommend us to others. I can assure you that we spend a great deal of time, energy and expense ensuring that our customers experience only the highest level of customer service and professionalism possible. I can also assure you that we have policies and procedures in place to ensure that any special requests from a customer makes it back to our office and entered into our database. Apparantly, your request for your application right away did not follow those necessary steps and I am currently looking into the reason so I can prevent this from happening again. Our technicians are not commission driven so there certainly would be no reason for any of our technicians to promise something just to make the sale. Pat B has been with me for many years and I am absolutely positive this was nothing more than a legitimate misunderstanding. I trust you are aware that the application was performed this morning and I hope that you will eventually change your opinion of our company. We have been proudly serving our customers since 1989 and take a great deal of pride in everything that we do.
