I was very satisfied with the quick response and the work completed.

The extent of the work coordinating with a contractor to open up walls for pipe replacement was not detailed enough and a lot more wall had to be opened up and then they charged me an extra $200 saying the contractor had not done his job. I was at the initial walkthrough abs heard what was requested and so should not have been charged that extra fee. Communications issue that I had to pay for.

Our issue was not an emergency, but complicated. Even as a new customer they scheduled us for an appointment within a day and arrived on time. Gary was very knowledgeable and fully explained the situation prior to completing the project. We have an 1880's house so nothing here is easy. He totally resolved the issue and was also very neat, leaving no mess behind. Pricing was fair..We are thrilled we have found a plummer we can rely on and would highly recommend!
