The Lizotte people shows up on time to measure my windows. When they were ready three weeks later, they installed them. One screen did not fit. They remade and reinstalled at no additional cost. I am very happy with their service and quality.

For a bathroom renovation, I had purchased a 25-lb., 17-inch-wide, round mirrored table tray that I wanted to hang as a mirror above the new vanity. Although the tray had never been designed for hanging, I called Amy at Frank Lizotte's Glass Co., Inc., who sent Michael to take a look at the piece. He assured me they could turn the tray into a mirror, even though it had no provision for hanging, and was extremely heavy. Five days later, a courteous, professional, two-man crew (Adam and Matt) arrived punctually, and within forty-five minutes, the tray-now-mirror was hanging perfectly and securely, and they left the room as spotless as it had been before they arrived. Note: Last month, the same crew had put mirrored panes into a French door and hung it in the same bathroom, with spectacular results. Great work!

The sales rep Mike came out to look at and measure the windows that had broken seals and windows that we wish to be able to open. He marked the windows so the workmen could easily identify which windows were to be replaced. Once they received the approved estimate and 50% deposit, a crew came out to verify the original measurements. About two weeks later the workmen installed the windows, did a walk through and pointed out there were a couple other windows that were on their way out. Those windows were ordered and will be installed when the workmen are back to switch out the stationary windows with operable windows, therefore allowing them to just come out once and we save on labor charges.
