Very professional staff, kept me informed throughout the process and times frames

Severely disappointed with several things. The designer suggested a countertop that did not match the flooring at all - not even close. I have cabinets that don't have the proper (missing) shelving. Kitchen remodel with Revelare Kitchens was over $26K. Was promised customer satisfaction, which is a joke. I have been trying to get someone, anyone to contact me to discuss my concerns for a month now. Not response to numerous emails and phone calls. Would not recommend this company. They sold me a kitchen, then vanished from the picture!

Expensive, but given that the cabinets & shelves were built to size, we are pleased with the product, the install and the installer. We aren’t yet finished with our end with one counter left to go, so but so far so good

Caleb was very good. Explained everything very well and probably going to purchase the cabinet work once we go to the bank about borrowing money on the equity of our home.

Will was great in informing me of all the details involved in my project. He’s very personal, and professional - a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the product and covered all the details and offered good suggestions and advice.

I DO NOT recommend Revelare Kitchens. If there were a negative rating option, I would have given them -5. They are highly unprofessional. The initial consultation for refacing kitchen cabinets took place on July 20, 2024. They started the project much later than scheduled and postponed my appointments several times. What was supposed to be done in 4 days ended up taking about 2 weeks, and even after that, the work is still unfinished. I recently received an email from them stating that the reminder of the project might be finished in March 2025 or shortly thereafter. The quality of their product is extremely poor. I was told I would receive real wood, but I did not. Additionally, I had chosen the shaker door style, but what I received was something only loosely resembling shaker style, not the genuine design. The soft-closing doors and drawers are a complete joke. They use very cheap materials for the soft closing mechanisms and hardwares, resulting in poor quality and functional

We had a small kitchen and wanted to remove a wall to open up the space into the dining area. Most people were stumped on a design until we met Kelly Clark through Revelare Kitchens. Kelly had ideas for a design as soon as she saw it and then provided us with two designs within days. We selected one, picked out cabinets and the rest was a breeze. Kelly was so easy to work with and so responsive. We are very pleased with the outcome â - the cabinets are very good quality. They fit perfectly and our kitchen/dining combo looks like a whole new house! We couldnâ t be happier! I highly recommend Kelly and the Revelare team!

Initial consultation in mid-December was great, and the sales representative was able to personally coordinate additional elements to further improve our kitchen project. However, the remodeling services performed in mid-February (reface) were done poorly. Contracted installer rushed (3-5 day project completed in 1) and installation of the hardware on all new drawers (except one) resulted in splits in the drawer fronts. These were replaced, and the same issue has resulted with four drawers. Not only does this speak to the limited attention to detail and lack of involvement once the sale is made, but is extremely wasteful; 11 brand new drawer boxes and hardware were trashed, and now potentially 4 more! Additionally, a existing glide systems for internal basket systems (not part of the project) were removed and disappeared from my home; I was promised replacements, but there has not been follow through on this. The customer service representative I've communicated with has been extremely poor; he promise to call and does not, and seems to make excuses as to why calls are not made. Images on the website and promotional materials do not accurately reflect the attention to detail, nor does my customer experience match what is sold in the sales pitch. I've done my best to be patient and let the process play out, but it's now been 2 months since the cabinet project began (4 months since the process began), and I'm still living with my kitchen taken apart. Perhaps the impact of a negative review will prompt some attention!

Four years ago we had our cabinets and drawers redone. We needed repair of two drawers recently. The project was handled quickly and with the attitude that I was an important customer. Christian oversaw the project, Derrick scheduled us promptly, and Vince did the repairs. They were all efficient and pleasant. I would Recommend Revelare in York, PA, to anyone who wants to update their kitchen.

We had a few issues after the initial install and Revelare took responsibility, stepped up to the plate and fixed them all. They were very interactive and easy to work with.

Customer service in this company was great at all levels, from design to financing to installation. The cabinets are beautiful, low maintenance and all hardware is top quality. I couldnâ t be happier with my remodel.
