Revelare Kitchens

The customer service so far has been outstanding. The refacing has not been completed but if my experience thus far is any indication I believe I will be happy with the outcome.

I love my new kitchen, and am happy with the install process.

I had 30 cabinet doors and 20 drawers installed. Took several months to complete, requiring 10-12 calls to get completed...wrong measurements on doors and drawers, missing handles, and poor cleaning even though the cupboards were completely empty. They took away the old cabinet doors as promised, but have left me with 20 drawers to discard myself...after giving them $20k in business. I have made three calls and escalated to supervisors, and each time have been told that I would get a callback... of course, that has not happened. Revelare, it is your loss, as I am remodeling a kitchen in the basement and WILL NOT EVER use Revelare again... those I know will not either. I paid in full before the job started because they were **custom cabinets** supposedly, I patiently waited for the job to be done and then again when several doors and drawers were measured wrong, and I made call after call to get the job done completely, and now you will not even pick up the old drawers... shameful and undeserving of my business in the future. The president of your company should know whatâ s going on...the only outstanding person was the initial salesman... but the rest of the contractors did not live up to what I was sold. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

The project has not started yet...I had a gentleman come out to measure 3 weeks ago and still waiting on the installation date. I have not heard from anyone on the status of my project. My only negative thus far has been the sales rep who initially came out. He did not relay the many facets of putting this job together and how much leg work I needed to do. He said it would be seamless, and that simply is not true. I hope that I am pleased with the refacing...I am a bit nervous.

Efficient,came and did work quickly and they left no mess,very conscious of what they were doing.

Towards the end it seemed a little rushed but other than that is was good.

I was impressed with his dedication to getting my job done, even if it meant staying late to do so.
