My kitchen is beautiful ! We love it! Excellent job done and it was just what we needed and wanted!! We never knew that we were able to have such old cabinets refaced like that with such new features, new doors , new handles! Itâ s like a brand new kitchen!They were so detailed and the installer was meticulous to ensure that everything was done perfectly !!! I

I would never hire this company again. They wanted all of the money up front. They got our money 5 months before they began work. The refacing process is a huge mess *sawdust everywhere*! They sent one carpenter who seemed good but the office staff rushed him so much that he began cutting corners at the end and never actually finished all our work before moving on to the next job. We were left with glue all over counters, moldings that had to be reinstalled, no caulking where there should have been caulking, and doors that had to be remeasured and reordered twice. We paid to have under the cabinets finished but because there were lights that needed to be removed, this was not done. We paid for 6 under the cabinet drawers that were never installed. We had to bring in someone else to finish under the sink, fix moldings, caulk etc. I called the home office in York and emailed them multiple times and was promised that someone in charge would call back, but they never did. I feel sorry for the carpenter and mostly blame the issues on the management who had unrealistic expectations for him. Management and the home office said the job would be done in 3-5 days which was totally unrealistic. The home office would make the carpenter drive hours to the home office to deliver money or pick up supplies when these things could be handled more efficiently another way (automatic deposit by photo, FedEx, USPS etc.). This wasted hours out of the week when the man could have been doing actual work on my kitchen. I feel that this company is ineffective and does not really care for their customers. I do not know how they stay in business. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

Ed was very professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He hung plastic to limit dust, consulted with us as he went along, and did a great job. I was amazed that one person could do the whole job in 3 and a half days.

The men were wonderful, accommodating and thorough. It was a joy to have them here in my kitchen. They trashed the place, but what can you expect from such a disruption but when they left I started cooking. Didn't have to do a thing. Everything was clean as a whistle and you never knew they were here. I will definitely hire them for needed storage cabinets in my bathroom asap.

My wife and I were thrilled!! What an amazing job they did!!! Very professional and kind. My kitchen refacing is absolutely gorgeous!!!! I believe everyone in our development has the same old cabinets! I told Jacob, that the builders shouldâ  ve hire you to do their cabinets in the first place!!! I was ready to sell my house because My wife didnâ  t like the kitchen. Then we discovered Revelare Kitchens!!! We are not moving!!!!Thank you Jacob and your team for helping us stay in our home!! Fantastic! Bob and Mark were both highly professional, courteous and completed our kitchen in a timely manner. Any imperfection was taken care of immediately. These two were so friendly and definitely aimed to please.

Ithe job was very well done, timely, . Bob was very conscientious about detail and customer satisfaction. Only concern is the difficulty opening the drawers with severe arthritis in hands which I think should have been discussed in the initial work sheet.. this is not an uncommon problem in elders.I hope this can be resolved.

Work was given a reasonable timetable, communication about work to be done was very clear and repeated for clarity. Work staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. Good procedures were used to minimize impact to the rest of the house while working and a sterling job done to clean up after work was finished. Literally the only (very mild) complaint was that we had asked for my phone number to be the priority call and the first call kept going to my wife's phone while at work. I would and will recommend the service to friends and family

We hired Revelare to do our kitchen refacing last August, they started in October of 2021, it is now March 2022 and not complete. The initial installer did a poor job, the second installer hurried to fix his mistakes two months later after we waited for all materials, he still arrived without them, repaired with the wrong molding, the job is still incomplete as molding needs replacing and new vinyl replaced, gaps showing which they say needs caulking. Drawers all stick. No one is returning calls at the moment so we do not know when the third installer will come and fix these things and finally complete our kitchen. We have sent text messages, e-mails and calls. If they hired well-trained installers they would solve a lot of their problems. Next, they need to treat their customers better by responding to them in a timely manner. Third, why does it take so long to get things like caulk, vinyl, and molding when they should be right at Home Depot. Poor customer service. Their drawers are okay and cabinets are okay. And the guy who measured did a good job.

Does not instill confidence when there are gaps and rough edges on the veneer, which has to be redone, hardware misaligned, granite countertop has chips in it. Overall experience is poor.

We contacted HomeDepot regarding granite installation. HomeDepot used Revelare Kitchens to provide and install the *new* granite. Revelare then subcontracted Colonial Marble Granite to provide and install the *new* It was all still under HomeDepot services. We paid a little over $7522.00. Everything started out great. The communication, follow up and response time was amazing...up until we submitted the full payment. It was all downhill after that. We received chipped, scuffed and stained granite. We had service teams come to our house 3 times to polish the granite but every time all they did was wipe the granite...literally all they did was wipe it down...10-15 minutes in and out. We opened a claim with HomeDepot but that was almost 2-3 months ago and nothing has occurred. Take a look at the photos and Revelares response... make your own judgment!

The customer service so far has been outstanding. The refacing has not been completed but if my experience thus far is any indication I believe I will be happy with the outcome.
