Materials are good quality. Overall I like the fence. However customer service is terrible. I needed repair work on my gates, called weekly, left messages, no response. Finally after months they were fixed. Now issues with locks, they are extremely hard to unlock and lock and again I have been calling and leaving messages for weeks, no response. This is no way to treat a customer and would not recommend them as your fence installer.

They did a great job installing my fence

Ed Shapiro, Owner of Prizm Vinyl took a deposit from us, on October 1st, 2021 to install a fence. We were aware the process of obtaining products and installing the fence might take some time. November 12, 2021, Ed Shapiro called me personally to let me know the fence has arrived and his contractors would be installing my daughters fence first (11/15-11/18) then the contractors would be proceeding to my house to install our fence, Friday, November 19th. The day came and went. No one showed up or no call from Ed. I waited until the following Tuesday and started leaving messages for Ed asking him about the project, as well as following up with an email. I called once a week for a couple of months, no response. January 16th, 2022, my husband sent him another email asking Ed and Jennifer(assistant) what is the progress of the fence installation. My husband mentioned if nothing we would be seeking legal action if there is no response. At this time as in previous voicemails we requested a refund or drop the building materials off at our house and we would get our installer Ed responded saying he is waiting on the material and the fence should be installed mid-February. Well, that is contradictory because Ed told me he had my fence in November and our fence is a custom order. Now he is saying he is waiting on fencing. When we questioned that particular comment, no response from Ed. Our last email was sent Monday, February 21st, asking for a response by the 28th of February or we would have to seek legal counsel to get our $595.00 deposit back. Of course no response. I also filed a complaint with the PA Office of Attorney General-Consumer Complaint Department.

Great product But response time on issues lacks

Ed is nice until the job is finished and paid for. He does not stand behind his product and unless it is something he is getting paid for good luck getting a response back. Fence install was ok but gates and latches were not installed properly and both latches have broke....Ed will not respond to fix.

Very easy to work with to get the project I wanted. The company had many colors and two grades of material. I would recommend this company.

The installation process went very well. Rob and Adam made sure that everything was just right and made adjustments when I asked. They were very nice...I would recommend them. The fence looks so great... I purchased the heavier thickness and it seems to be very sturdy. My dog is happy too...

Replaced an old wooden fence - - - team worked very hard to remove existing fence posts and cement footings that were much larger than they needed to be. This was a significant amount of work and Prizm was very fair in dealing with costs related to this work. The outcome was outstanding and much appreciated as this was not the "norm."

As a customer of Prizm Vinyl Corporation we can attest to their super friendly professionalism, customer service, quality, and durability of their products, not just once but for the past 16 years. The fence is still in excellent condition while maintaining its chestnut brown color quality. It has lasted through all weather conditions. Over the years we have had trees fall on the fence. The vinyl, fence was able to sustain the impact and no damage or a few dents occurred. Five years ago our house was destroyed by fire but the fence remained standing. The only damage was from the firefighters cutting through the fence gates. Prizm Vinyl Corporation came to the rescue and was able to match the fence style and color and provide the replacement parts. Recently a truck backed into the fence that cracked a post and when a twister came through that part of the fence post and subsequent post snapped. But with every crisis, there is an opportunity. This gave us the opportunity to replace parts of the fence with a new gate. Unfortunately the fence design was no longer manufactured. Prizm Vinyl Corporation came up with a solution and was able to improvise. We took our unbroken parts to Prizm Vinyl Corporation and they found some matching parts from their inventory. They reassembled the unbroken fence parts into gates, and when the color did not match they were able to match the color by consulting a paint store that has paint that can be applied vinyl. Within hours we had all of the repaired parts reassembled in the same style and matching color. When it would have been easy not to service its customers, Prizm Vinyl Corporation went out of its way to help this customer remain satisfied.

I had previously given a rating of 1 due to problems with getting my gate lock repaired. That repair has since been completed so I am changing my rating. As previously mentioned, we were very satisfied with the product and the installers, as well as Ed throughout the whole process, until my gate lock issue. Since it took too long, in my opinion, to get my lock repaired, I still have to give a 3 for customer service, but 5 for everything else. Thanks for taking care of my lock Ed.

Ed was wonderful to deal with. They were running a week or two behind on their installs due to loss of one of their installers. Certainly something they have no control over. Ed was happy to work with me on the install date after that due to me being out of town. The guys who came to install did a great job inspite of the digging conditions. The fence and posts are all very sturdy. I went with the heavier grade fencing. They put at least one sixty pound bag of concrete in each hole, sometimes more. I personally watched them glue the post caps on and they all seem to be holding. I purchased the better gate lock. It seems solid enough. Being a remodeler for 30 years I've installed a few gate locks myself and this seems to be one of the better ones. I wasn't pressured at all for the final payment. I would recommend prizm to anyone. Good product, MADE IN THE USA, for a reasonable price.

Ed was great initially and the installation team did a nice job. I had an issue with the locks and got them replaced, although it took longer than I thought it should have. About two months ago, one of the locks fell off. I contacted Ed and he said he would send a repair guy out the following Monday. It has been 5 weeks and it still has not been fixed, nor is Ed responding to me. I had read about others problems with the gate locks Ed uses, but they also said he repairs the problems. Unfortunately he did not repair mine. My fence turned out very nice and the installers did a nice job and Ed was very nice., but I am very disappointed in the gate locks because I have a swimming pool without a lock for a month and a half and a business owner who does not seem to care. He sure cared when he was trying to get my business though. Now, I have got to pay someone to repair my gate lock, so it is an expense that I should not have, but do. It is tough to say that I would not recommend them because their work was solid, but Eds got to do a better job of service after the sale. Ed I can update this review once my locks issues have been taken care of

8/19 Had Ed and his team do a fence job for us about 9 months ago. The craftsmanship is sub-par at best. The workers were very nice and helpful along the way, but that is where the pleasantries ended. A few days after completion we had a few fence posts start leaning. Contacted one of the gentlemen that did the work he came and straighten the post. The same issue happened again a month or two later, leaning fence post and the caps on top of the post constantly blow off in the wind. Fast forward 6 months to 2/2020, Prizm vinyl starts contacting us about the negative reviews we posted about the work, and we came to an agreement, come out and fix the fence and we will adjust the reviews accordingly.. someone came out within 2 days and *fixed* our leaning fence post. They did not add more concrete or dig anything up. It looks like they just packed down the dirt around the post. Fast forward to mid-march 2020, our fence post is still loose and wobbly and leaning... Maybe it is just me, but I do not think fencing should lean and wobble after not even a year.

Ed and his team do fantastic work! You can't beat the variety/options you have or the price! Would definitely recommend for any fencing project.

Failed to complete the job. Installed the fence but never took care of sealing the caps to the posts. Contacted company multiple times but this was never taken care off. Now we have a fence with missing caps as we live on a hill and it can get really windy at times. So much for lifetime warranty on the product. Poor customer service and sloppy job.

Fast and efficient

Ed was very responsive throughout the whole pricing/scheduling process. We were scheduled the day we have some snow, but they got me right back on the schedule. The installation crew was amazing and quick, even played with my dogs! We love our new fence.

Mr. Ed is very professional and customer focused. Installers very professional. Efficient, despite challenging rainy weather. My yard was very clean when the install was completed. Highly recommend this firm.

You have to remove all the excess soil from holes.

The owner Mr. Ed Shariro was very professional. When he showed up to measure our lot and ask what we were looking for he had ACTUAL samples in his vehicle of the vinyl fence to show differences in quality between one product and another. Timeframe was accurate to completion. The installation was done with an excellent crew. No complaints at all. I would use them again in the future and definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Quality of the material and installation on 6' lengths was why I chose Prizm. The installers were professional and sensitive to keeping the bottom close to the ground to prevent our pet from getting under the fence. Job well done.
