Painting by Tanya

After my wife and I discussed the four estimates we had gotten, we both felt comfortable asking Tanya to paint our home. Once the contract was signed, our project was scheduled. Being a very particular person and lacking the talent to complete the painting myself, I was very specific in what I expected. I’m a stickler for smooth ceilings, smooth walls and straight edges where they meet. In addition, I wanted the ceiling fans, light fixtures, door knobs and all the covers for the electrical switches and outlets removed prior to painting. Needless to say, since I’m writing this review, I was very satisfied. Tanya and her crew were prompt, courteous and professional. It was also the first time I’d seen anyone detailing with an artist’s brush! The job site was cleaned up daily and the project was completed in a timely manner. I will contact Painting by Tanya for any future painting projects.

Tanya and her co-workers were great! Very professional and polite. They painted our large media room and did a beautiful job. The lines were straight and not a drop of paint was spilled anywhere in the house or outside. We needed the job done fairly quick and they were able to fit us into their schedule. The job ended up costing more than was quoted due to the fact that it took five coats of paint for the color yellow that we wanted for the walls. Tanya did a great job working with us and our schedule. We were having some other work done and she was able to rearrange here schedule in order to come back and put on the 4th & 5th coats before the other workers came.

This was the first time I hired someone to come paint my house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tanya and her team always showed up promptly, were very polite and professional in my home, and, most importantly, they're work product is wonderful. The attention to detail that Tanya spends on her works is absolutely admirable, and proves she's the best at what she does. We will be hiring Tanya again in the future when we are ready to paint other rooms in our house.

Best painters ever! Tanya and her team were referred to me by mother, who is very particular. They did a fabulous job and their attention to detail was obvious. They also fixed nail pops and other imperfections.

Tanya was a wealth of knowledge and was able to help us in determining what really needed to be painted and what did not. She was able to repair some previous damage and correct some painting issues we inherited. Tanya's team was also very attentive and detail oriented. I hired Tanya to repaint my white ceiling after I had tried three times and made a mess of it. I had actually raised the nap on some parts by going over it again before it was dry. This created areas which had a rough texture and would never completely blend in with the rest of the ceiling. By the time Tanya and her crew finished, the ceiling looked great and my roughened areas were barely visible. Everything was spotless after the crew left. Beautiful job. In addition Tanya stayed on to make all the edges of the white ceiling look perfect. She even took a tiny paint brush and used my own brown paint and blue paint to touch up some places on the walls where I had not quite reached the ceiling. She is definitely a perfectionist. Without hesitation I would recommend Painting by Tanya.

The crew worked with professionalism and skill. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the high level of concern for quality and a long-lasting finished product. I have recommended them to several other individuals. I will continue to use their services in the future as the need arises. This was the second time we had Tanya and her team paint for us. The first time was a very large job, she painted almost 3 full levels of our home. The job was done beautifully and efficiently. That was about 6 years ago. We knew when we had more painting to be done that Tanya would be the one we would call. Last week her team painted our master bedroom and it looks great, even better than I imagined it would!

I definitely recommend that you have Tanya quote your painting needs. She is very professional and you can tell she has a lot of pride in her work and small business. I am very particular about contractors, and am more than pleased with the quality of work and felt very comfortable with her and her team in my home. When additional work/scope was needed to remove some stripes from my dining room, Tanya was good about discussing the issue and options before proceeding. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tanya in the future!

Tanya and 3 other women painted woodwork walls and ceilings. They all were very professional. They did a great job. They always cleaned up when they left each day. I recommend them . They lightly sand walls prepare small cracks. I am having Tanya back in the fall for more painting.

Tanya and her crew did an excellent job. Very professional and completed the project on-time and as promised. Excellent work on caulking the baseboards and spraying of window grids for a smooth professional finish. They did an excellent job priming and painting over areas where we had removed the wallpaper ourselves. Tanya always had good suggestions for us to consider in our remodeling efforts.

This trio of housewives did al the prep work and taped all the trim in a timely manner. They found problem areas that we did not see before and fixed those issues before starting to paint. They also gave us some tips on the family of colors we were looking at so we made the right decision on our color choices. I made one miss communication with them on one of the colors but Tanya had the changes made the next day so the project was completed on time. They also gave us some decorating tips to help us as we plan to update our social hall and where to look for those items at the most reasonable costs. On the last day of painting, Tanya cleaned excess paint off the trim (from when it was painted about 10 years ago) just to make the appearance of the hall better (that was not included in the quote). The changes in the social hall appearance is terrific and they did a great job

We are very pleased with the work that was done at our home From our first meeting, Tanya presented herself in a very professional manner. She was responsive and provided us with a detailed quote. Tanya assisted us with picking out colors for our walls. She encouraged us to use an accent color and we are very happy that we did. Our edges are crisp and the quality of the painting is very good. She arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up every evening so we could still function in the house while the painting was being done. I highly recommend them for all your painting needs.

I have used many painters over my many years as a homeowner and I have never had a better experience than I did with Tanya and her team. Tanya is more than just a painter, she provides insight and opinions on color choices and is always willing to share ideas. Tanya and her team are incredibly professional and punctual and their work is far superior to any other painter I have ever used in the past. No time was wasted while on the job and their cleanup was top notch. I plan to use her several more times in the future and wouldn't even consider using another painter at any cost! Tanya was very thorough during the walk through and quoting process. She pointed out several things that we didn't even think of or notice. The quality of her painting was excellent. Our kitchen ceiling needed some difficult patch work due to moisture issues, and we were really pleased with the quality of her work. She is very particular about her work and has a great eye for details. The kitchen was covered very well before painting. Tanya also did an excellent job with the clean up after all of the work had been finished. We also thought her price for the work was extremely fair.

Tanya and Tammy did a tremendous job in painting our home. Not only did they do high quality work, but Tanya was also very helpful in aiding us with our color choices. We will be having her come back to paint our dining room once we have our wainscoting installed and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to have some painting done.
