Excellent.I have been depending on Gohn and Stambaugh as a homeowner since 1985.Always prompt emergency service to both homes I have lived in.Received in home quote which was complettely honored and in 2010 still received quite a few energy rebates of which I was made well aware of by the Salesperson.I was home on the day of installation and had a great time dealing with the two installers.They were quick, efficient, and answered all my questions and corrected any issues that remained from the old equipment.As a matter of fact, EVERYONE at Gohn and Stambaugh were quick to answer any questions I had and very easy to work with, on site or at their office and I consider the Customer Service experience to be A1.One year later they returned to follow up and inspect everything again with the same professional courtesy I have come to expect over the past 25 years.There simply is no other Heating/AC company for me.They also offer a reasonable annual service agreement if so interested.

I called the company at approximately 11 am and the plumber came around 1:30 pm. I had, what I thought was water backing up, but it was the entire plumbing system for the entire house. He had to return to the company's facility to bring in a stronger snake apparatus to complete the job. He returned within 30 minutes and was finished 15 minutes later. I was expecting a huge sticker shock invoice but I believe the price was reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again, if needed.

They gave us an estimate, which was a little higher. They were good. It is hard to compare apples with oranges. We were going with middle of the road water heater and everything. Theirs was the top of the line. I loved the salesman, he was not pushy, he was great. We just decided to go with Henry instead.

The price was competitive and the quote was complete. Work started when planned. The installation crew took great care to maintain a clean work area and the job was finished quickly and efficiently. The company followed up to check with us to make sure we were satisfied.

They did work for us about a year ago. They fixed the problem. They were punctual and I thought their price was reasonable. People in my area just don't know of a good plumber.

Very professional, clean and pleasant personnel who were a pleasure to have in our home. Competitive pricing along with helping us get all the allowed discounts and rebates. From what I can tell (and reviewed online) a good quality product. Have used Gohn and Stambaugh for furnace work ever since becoming a homeowner and have found them to be honest and straight forward. Also have been there quickly when I was without heat with my old equipment. I have used their services for over 30 years and have no need to go elsewhere. Yes, 30 years so A+ from us!

GOHN and STAMBAUGH INC had some problems during the installation. they ordered the wrong air conditioner, and when it first was installed it didn't work. they did not keep me informed during this process. i will not use them again in the future.

Did not go. Did not use. If they can't come out to give an estimate I guess they don't want my business.

They were very patient and helpful. They answered all my questions. They were reasonably priced too. I had gotten four estimates and this was the best. I think any business can always provide more information that they would have actually provided. I'm also a person who asks an awful lot of questions. However, I have nothing negative to say about them regarding this. I would surely use them again. My neighbors also use them.

Our heat pump had stopped working. We got quotes from three different places. One of the places didn't even come out to look at our situation or show us any literature. Jeff Gohn came out to look at what we had in place. He showed us various models that they had to offer as replacements and described the pros and cons. We chose a somewhat higher-end one for the energy savings. That model seemed to be a good choice based on price and performance. They knew we didn't have any air conditioning and it was pretty hot, so they were quick in getting it for us. They had two people install it and a third person come in to work on the electrical connections. They were all very professional and took time to explain things. They thoroughly tested the system when they were done. We've had no problems with it and it's been over two years. We thought that entire process was pain free.

They came in the next day, which was a good thing. It wasn't much trouble to use them. They did good work.

They were excellent. They were professional. They tore the furnace apart in order to get the pilot re-lit and put it all back together. It didn't cost very much. They were here the day I called them or basically the day after, so that was good.

Mr. Gohn gave me a proposal to replace my old furnace. I accepted and scheduled it for a week later. The servicemen were prompt and professional and had the new furnace operating that same evening. Due to the size and design of the old furnace, which was a converted coal-burner, they had to return on two more days to completely disassemble and remove the old furnace. Even though it took longer than expected and promised, I am very satisfied with the results. The price was what he originally proposed.

Pricing was very competitive. We needed the air conditioner installed in July, when the old one died, and Gohn and Stambaugh were able to order the equipment and install it within three days. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the plumber who installed it. Some things are askew and some pipes were not routed the best way. But since the equipment is in the basement and out of the way, I didn't worry too much about that. It has been reliable for 8 years and the installation problems aren't an issue.
