They were responsive. Actually, they were less expensive but their time frame did not fit well with my time frame. Their communication was fine. The problem with them was the availability. I did not want to wait all summer and have it done in the fall. I wanted the rose bushes gone in the summer. The estimate was reasonable. I just went with somebody else who could do it sooner and actually, I liked the person I was communicating with at the other company better. I think they called me back within three days but I did have other landscape companies call me back the same day.

Was able to do the work quickly, and everything was done properly and had good communication. Very professional and reliable. We did reschedule the work because of rain but was able to come in a few days, and I have to add that they fit me in to their schedule on VERY short notice. The shed was picked up and installed in a timely and professional manner. Everything went very well and I would definitely recommend them to others.

They have two or three employees come out and complete the work in an hour to an hour and a half. They hand mow, instead of using a large rider mowers. We have a small yard with a lot of turns and they don't tear it up with their machinery.

The job took two days. First day teardown, second day rebuild. Two men on the job. Hauled away the old stone and dirt, and replaced with new. Cleaned up before they left. This company deserves it's A rating.

They came within a week to do estimate. Received a very detailed written estimate in the mail in a little more than a week. Gave an estimate of start date. They were able to start the work within 2 days of the estimated start date. The crew that came to preform the work were very hardworking and extremely nice. The finished walkway and stoop is beautiful. We would definitely use them again.

We continue to use Environmental Concepts because of the quality of the employees and the excellence of the plants and work that is performed. I am very happy with everything they have done here and I gladly can and do recommend their services to friends and family members.

The estimate came within 3 days, and I signed the contract promptly. They called within the time frame they had given to schedule the work, and arrived on time. There were 4 men, and worked a total of 32 hours. The men were professional, approachable, and pleasant, each sharing the load of the work.

The sidewalk is absolutely beautiful both in design and materials utilized. The beds that lie in front of and behind it contain a few large stones which added the naturalized feel I was seeking; plantings were installed to achieve a rotation of color and texture and and the budget provided was adhered to completely. Absolutely a first rate company. ( And I should have written this sooner since they ARE one:)

I found them on Angie's List. They did a great job, and I am very happy with them. They brought in good people, they worked hard, they worked fast, and it was 90 Degrees when they were working, and they just kept going. They did everything right, they cut the brick to the patterns that were precisely done, and worked steadily and not too fast, but they didn't take forever. They fished it, and cleaned up, and it was ready to use. They did a lot of demolition first. they had to dig out all the dirt and it was a lot of work. When they came, they stayed with it, they didn't go and do other work. The owner Brent would come and look at it. We wanted to expand a little more than what he had quoted, and he had no problem digging more, he did charge more, but it was a fair price. The quality of the project made it worth everything.

Very well. Brent Cummins had 4 workers with him and the job went very quickly and looks great. He listened to our input and did what we asked.

Their service was good, but I wasn't thrilled with the design. I think maybe they could have listened to what I wanted a little bit more. However, that was just my preference.

They arrived on time, worked very hard and made my yard the envy of our neighborhood! I plan on having more work done in the fall. This company is very dependable and they do great work! Their prices are great and the landscapers work hard and left my property beautiful.

The job went extremely well. Brent's team was with us for three days and they were absolute professionals and very polite. Attention to detail was incredible and very much appreciated. Clean up at the end of each day was impeccable. We used Brent's company last year to do some major landscaping and this is our second experience using this company. We will absolutely continue to use them going forward.

The person who came out was on time. They were responsive. We will use them again in the future.

Brett's crew is polite and considerate. The project involved extensive site work to make the area level. The project start to finish took six days. Before they left they spread mulch on all the existing flower beds and filled the raised bed garden with soil. I have had other work done at my house recently, and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly in contractors. These guys were the best.

I was visited twice. The first time I showed the landscaper the area I wanted to use for the garden and we discussed the kinds of plants that might be used. The second time, he came with plans and we finalized the garden. I have received many compliments on the garden and it gives me great comfort to look out on it. I am extremely pleased with how it all worked out.

A representative did a walk-through of area and included my preferences in design. He returned a week later to discuss the design and provide an estimate of how much the project would cost. I requested the costs to be divided into projects that would be more manageable.

The tree was getting too big for the space. As Brent was digging it up he discovered that it had sent out 2 large roots with very few small ones. He informed me that it might not survive the move in this condition, and did the best he could under the circumstances. Well, it's been over a year since the tree was moved and it has recovered and is thriving! Yay!

Brent responded quickly to my phone call and we set a date for an estimate. He was prompt, courteous and provided a great deal of creative input as to how to landscape our front yard. He and his brother first constructed 3 stone creations that housed trees and/or decorated the sidewalk area. They were like old-world craftsmen with their attention to detail on the stone construction. The landscaping included several perennials and looked great. We have had numerous compliments. They completed everything on time and even came in slightly UNDER budget--something unheard of nowadays. I will continue to recommend them and contact them for further work in the future. It was a fabulous experience.
