Royal Water Damage Restoration

David, Vasily and John, the service providers, were results-oriented, courteous and punctual, from my initial call for help to job completion. Work quality was completely to my satisfaction. Royal is probably the best contractor I've ever hired. Sewage backups are not fun, but royal really came through for me.

We were at a loss as to what to do, our initial call was answered by a person estimator was out in an hour. He took care of insurance claim crew was there 1 1/2 hrs. later. done in 1 hr. 15 min (bottom).

Kept us well informed and explained every aspect of the project. Crew was on-time at all 3 visits.

Royal is the best company I have ever used! They explained everything they were doing, allowed me to take pictures of the damage as they were working, answered any and every question I had, arrived when they said they would, cleaned up all the debris and were incredibly efficient. I hope to never have water damage again but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Royal.

Arrived in response to old mgr. all about washer over flood & flood damage. Rep was knowledgeable & dealt with insurance. Workman efficient, pleasant, clean.

They called & said what time they would be here - arrived on time- assessed damage removed affected plaster & dry wall left fans & returned on 4/17 & tested great removed fans.

Royal pulled the ceiling out, took up the floor and had fans blowing for three days to dry out the room.

Royal did a great job cleaning and drying up the water in my crawl space.

Guys were very prompt, came right in and completed job.

Ed and his guys came in cleaned up, took pictures, & delt directly w/our insurance company.

Called and made appointment. David arrived at the exact time he said. He was verycourteous & professional. He checked and explained what had to be done.Royal was not the 1st company to my home to deal witht the leak and water damage, and the price from Royal was basically the same as others. But both my wife and I were very satisfied with the explaination and the service Royal would do. David also helped to call my insurance company for the claim. After we decided to use Royal, his team came to my house shortly to set up the dryers. After 2nd day , they came every day to check the reading until the affetced area completley dry . Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I discussed the water dry issue with my colleagues after Royal statred to work, actually one of my colleagues used this company several months ago, and he was also satisfied with servcie from Royal. Called and made appointment. Dan arrived at the exact time the receptionist said he would come. Dan was very courteous & professional. He checked to see where my water leak in the basement was coming from & explained what had to be done. The men he sent to do the job we're here in less than a half hour the same day. He waited for them to come. They removed my wet carpets and any water and set up the drying [blowers] machines. They came back to remove the blowers on the 3rd day at the exact time they said they would be there. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. One of my Patients recommended Royal Water Damage Restoration for my highly stained Oriental rugs at our Medspa. I called to make an appointment on Monday morning, the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I was told they would be there the following Wednesday between 8:00 and 8:30. The gentlemen arrived at 8:00am prompt as promised, They wore protective shoe covers (I was impressed). They rolled the rugs, picked them up and said they would have them back in two days. Friday morning at 8:00am, again as promised, my rugs were returned to me three shades lighter and with no stains. They even put the rugs back exactly where they belong and waited for me to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and patients. I have already made an appointment to get the same service at my house. BTW I called a few companies prior to Royal Water Damage Restoration this by far was the best price I was quoted.

It went great, fast estimate and very professional

Very pleased with service from the start, professional and personable. You always speak to a person etc them Wed. night with appointment for Thursday noon. David called 9 am for estimate and insurance info. Alex and Ed came at noon and jumped right in. They answered all questions, called ahead. stop by Sat am and Sun am.

Dan showed up on time, explained everything, & someone showed up every day to check on the progress.

They were here 4 times always on time, explained what they were doing and why. Very pleasant.

Punctual, responsive, great communication from both office staff and technicians. Went above and beyond in helping us move things out and were so fast. They were also punctual and polite when picking up the dehumidifiers three days later. Thorough job and we feel confident the work they did will prevent mold and avoid dampness in the basement.
