Fisher's Carpet One Floor & Home

Description of Work: On the basis of our previous experience with Fisher's (Please see earlier report dated 12/08/2011), we began discussions with Mary about upgraading our 10-year-old kitchen. We tentatively chose a glass mosaic tile for our backsplash and grey and ochere randon travertine 16 inch tiles for the floor. Once we decided to committ to the project, we contacted Petra as Mary only works weekends. Petra gave us an estimate which proved to be exact. She ordered the travertine and, when it was on hand, she called us in to preview a box. It praoved to be more lovely than we had hoped. Petra was very well-grounded in the exigencies of the anticipated work which went exactly as planned. Raoul and Clemente arrived when expected to remove the old ceramic tile and lay the new.natuiral stone. They were diligent, skilled and cheerful. The work was painstaking and precise. There was much variety in the material and Raoul, from a family of stone masons, had the eye--the asesthetic sense--to place each tile in the perfect location,. The effect is stunning. Our having both expererienced and caused some minor mis-communication, the owner, Lee Fisher took personal responsibility to see that the job was completed 100 per cent to our satisfaction. We wholeheartedly reccommend Fisher's for carpet, tile and hardwood.
