Alarm Funding Associates

This company bought my contract through Koorsen. This was without my knowledge. Said I received a letter, I did not. Only found out when I paid bill and received a receipt per email that was this company. I can almost NEVER talk with a representative. They never answer their phones. Will leave a message, which they never answer back. If I accidently get someone, the system is down and say they will call back, but they do not.Koorsen told me that I had up to a year to come back to them, but after 3 months, they say I can not come back to them for 10 years!!!! Got the shaft from Koorsen, now from Alarm Funding Associates. Am getting ready to sell this house so do not want to pay someone else to provide a new security system and be locked into another contract, but at the same time I AM GETTING NO SERVICE. Is this an ethical way to run a business???? I believe they need to look up service in the dictionary because they (and Koorsen) do not know what this is.
