Description of Work: mulching, yard clean-up, trimming, removal of unwanted shrubs. They are extremely organized and professional. The cost is on the higher end, but they are more reliable and knowledgable than other landscaping companies I have encountered. Travis is excellent!

Description of Work: Steve came out - a nice guy - we reviewed what they (Keystone Gardens) were going to do. They gave me an estimate of $2000. It sounded like a lot but that I would have a sumptuous garden. The morning the workers came - also very nice - they were here at my house for 2 hours. They planted what they had on the truck and left. The plants were put in the soil with the plant pot form sticking out. They planted one side of the entry way with one kind of plant and left the other alone, so I have always had this cockeyed look to the entrance, although I like the flowers on the one side, so I don't want to pull them out. They planted two tall gangly plants that rise up higher than the bushes next to them. We had talked about them but I had no idea they would be so ugly. They said they were going to dig up my mother's peonies from another location, but didn't do it and adjusted my bill -$400. I ended up paying $1600+ for planting plants that cost approximately $200 and that is a generous estimate. I have meant to try to recoup some of the money or at least complain about it before but never thought of Angie's list.

Description of Work: Good experience. Prompt and profession; the had a coordinator for the project who had good attention to detail and f/u with minor issues, did a careful and thorough job. A little expensive, but worth it. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Receives a card for a free consultation and called the #. I explained that it wasn't a large job and wanted to take advantage of the consultation. The sales person arrvied and after showing my property he wanted to know what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend etc. I was looking for ideas not a justification for his commission. Did I know exactly what I wanted, no, but was willing to do something. He took notes and said he would get back to me. Never heard from him. I guess I didn't have the proper english accent. Why waste each others time and not evcen get back to me. Very disappointed but found someone who cared about my bvusiness and gave the job to them.
