Great communication , nice product ,will use again

I was very happy with the carpeting job performed by Karma and his crew. I have a challenging, pie shaped spiral staircase with odd shaped steps, but the guys handled them like pros! Ed was also great to work with and very accommodating to my budget and schedule.

He did a great job! The owner called within 5 minutes and came out the same day to give a quote on a Saturday. The carpet was repaired the on Monday and they did a terrific job! You cant notice any of the seams in the carpet or any flaws!

The carpet will be installed next week. Karma was able to come this morning and remove the wet carpet in 45 minutes!. Ed was the only contractor of 3 that could get someone here today to remove the smelly carpet.

Ed and his crew did a great job with our carpet installation. The estimation of amounts needed was perfect. Ed personally met us to help us select a carpet... and he also went out of his way to ensure we got a great carpet for the amount of money we wanted to spend - even going to a showroom to pick a less expensive carpet than the one we picked out originally, so we could compare. This shows how much he cares about meeting your budget but getting the best you can get for your money. I will certainly use Ed again in the future!

Ed and his two men (Karma and Tom) who installed the carpet and floor were just wonderful. All three were professional, kind, delightful and detailed oriented. I am in awe of the wonderful work that was done in my home. The fine quality, service and care that was given by Ed, Karma and Tom are top rate.
