Could not be happier with the service we received from Sir Grout, from first contact, which was very prompt after reaching out through Home Advisor, pro-active scheduling communication and actual service provided. Both Corey and Chis were the perfect combination of professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and patience. The price for the work we needed done (repairing and replacing faulty caulk and grout around and in our bathroom tub and vanity) was absolutely fair and it is guaranteed for an entire year. What more could you ask for? We’re very happy with the result and I can recommend Sir Grout without reservation

I requested a resealing of my granite countertops. I highly es Sir grout. He quoted me $200. When the worker showed up he said, "If you aren't happy with my work you don't have to pay". I explained that I had worked for a granite company in the past and what he was doing was not what I asked for. He basically used a product similar to what is available in the retail market and it took him less than an hour. I had to run out while he was there, When I returned he had left. The areas of major concern around the sinks were still dull. He had scraped the lime scale off but it wasn't polished, which is what I thought I was getting. When the owner called I let him know how disappointed I was. He said what I expected was. It what Inpaid for, so I guess I had to pay for a servíce they don't provide. He was nice enough to explain that what they did is what I paid for. Being in the business I know that what they did was NOT worth $200. I paid it anyway, because I never take what isn't mine, but this was truly not a professional granite sealing. I've done better myself through the years.

They were prompt in responding to me, made an appointment to do the work in a timely fashion and completed the job quickly.

Our grout looks brand new! The person performing the work was punctual, cordial, and professional. He answered all of our questions about how to care for our grout and even recommended a product and told us why that product would work best. If you need tile grout restoration, use Sir Grout without a doubt!

Sir Grout replaced the grout in our kitchen, replaced the caulk around a bathroom tub, fixed and cleaned up the grout on a bathroom floor and sealed a marble floor. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of all. Quote and work where all handled in a professional manner. Very pleased
