Cannot say enough about my experience with Corey and Bill. I searched for pros to help with recaulking my tub and kitchen sink and regrouting my kitchen floor on a Sunday and Corey called me that same day. He visited me and wrote up a quote, pointing out the parts of the job they would not do since it wouldn t be worth my time and money, and set up the appointment for the work to be done. Bill performed the work and was on time, professional and courteous. I wish working with every contractor was as easy and professional as My experience with Sit Grout. Highly recommend. Customer service and professionalism at its finest.

This company stands out for being very professional and customer oriented. Corey is wonderful, always responded very quickly to my questions. Bill did a wonderful job restoring the grout and caulk in my one bathroom to look like new, and I expect the same when he does our second bathroom tomorrow.

It's hard to find a company that still believes in customer service but this company does! they do the work they say abd go above and beyond to educate and take care of their customer. i did have a problem with part of the work peeling but i called them and they are sending someone out to fix it. i heard words every customer wants to hear, " we have to make it right for you". Thank you Sir Grout for carimg about your work and most importantly your customers. I will surely recommend this company. i will also have them back to work on another bathroom.

Sir Grout did an excellent job removing the old grout and regrouting areas in our shower that were previously messed up by someone whose grouting expertise was that of a kindergartener. The employee (whose name I do not recall now ... Apologies to him!!!) that actually performed the work was professional, highly skilled and meticulous. Our shower looks better than it has looked in years!!!

Corey the sales manager called us back same day. Set up appointment and was right on time. Him and Chris went over everything and we hired them. Chris and bill did work today.they were very professional and showed us everything and cleaned up afterwards. Work was immaculate. We are very pleased. They are coming back next week to do another project. We are very pleased with Sir Grout.

Fixing caulk and grout is so important, and you really need someone who knows what they’re doing. Sir Grout really took time to clean out the old broken grout and mildewed caulk - something I don’t think a tile guy would focus on since the job and the space is so small. They’ve found a good niche for themselves.

Fantastic job. Chris explained everything and gave me some choices in terms of matching colors with the seal. The tile and grout and therefore the shower looks great. Definitely would use again and recommend to anyone to do the same.

Well it was just done today. Guaranteed for 1yr left cell phone # so we could call him (Chris who took off his shoes upon entering house) We will see but it looks beautiful. Answered all questions and was very helpful.

The job was done quite professionally in a 2 1/2 hour time frame. I initially thought the estimate was high but gave the go-ahead because of an open slot the next day and because of Sir Grout's reputation. After the job was done, I found that the charge was in the range given on HA-still high!
