We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. Their communication before the job was first rate, and now that the job is complete, we couldn't be happier. Chris did our job and was very professional, and Corey was great to deal with in answering any questions we had about the process!

While the work was excellent and the service great, when the job is translated to an hourly rate, I think $240 an hour is very steep. The cost of materials for this job was negligible.

Prompt response to inquiry. Kevin the repair guy was very mannerly and informative regarding products. Would definitely recommend to others.

I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with the results. Sir Grout is a wonderful company, they are friendly, reasonably priced and truly stand behind their work. They were also able to schedule right away! My 20 year old master shower and my laundry room floor look brand new; for a fraction of the cost of renovation. I will be recommending Sir Grout to all of my friends and family. And will be calling them again soon for other areas of my house!

Timely, responsive, cleaned up and very professional.

When I first call Sir Grout, they mechanic told me that the grout would dry "hard as a rock." He told me not to use it for 24 hours, so I waited before taking a shower. Two days later, I tried to see how "hard" it was, and was surprised when it washed away. The owner called to see how it was, and I told him my problem. The owner told me it must have been a bad batch or handout been mixed properly. He sent another technician out, and that technician said he'd never seen the grout do that. He replaced the grout, and it harden like a rock. It looks great!
