Bob, and his partner did an awesome job restreching the entire carpeting in our house due to the oriignal companyt poor installation the carpet started to ripple. I would highly recommend him. He is a Vietnam Veteran support our countries service men..

Prompt response, excellent service.

Hired these guys to fix a small bleach spot on new carpet. He fixed the carpet but he did not return the transition piece like he found it on my new carpet. He said he did not have the glue to put it back properly the way it was. I'm like aren't you flooring guys?! His attitude was I can just have someone else on my dime fix it back. On top of that they used my bathroom & urinated on my NEW, just cleaned/renovated bathroom toilet seat. I called him about it and all he did was apologize. I text him if he can cover 50 dollars for my cleaning lady I have to pay to come back and reclean the nasty mess they left...no response. So NO I would NEVER recommend them!

Bob is a true gentleman who knows his trade. As a perfectionist myself, I can tell you without reservation that Bobâ s work is just that. Customer service has declined dramatically in this age.
