Description of Work: Company representative, Bob, was informative and made no attempt to oversell. Technicians, Brad and Tom, were were swift and efficient. The work, installation of new a new heating and air conditioning unit, took little more than a day. Brad and Tom cleaned up after themselves, and in the ten months since installation everything has functioned as it should without delay or difficulty.
