It was sincere, non-sales and not pressure but felt like education form a knowledgeable friend! We opted for an overhaul and we could not be happier! We hired Earth Smart to replace 15 double hung windows, 2 large picture windows, a garden window and a sliding patio door. The windows were delivered within the estimated lead time, they were installed in 2 days, and everything looked wonderful. The installers were professional and courteous and very careful to not cause any damage while working inside of our home. Samples of windows were provided, the manufacturing qualities of them was clearly explained and it made our initial decision on the product very easy. The price we paid Earth Smart for the project was lower than the 3 other estimates we received from other contractors. We could not be more satisfied and highly recommend this company.

From first visit, which I hadn't planned on, right up to the final steps and follow up, I had a FABULOUS experience. I have very high standards & will not accept inconsiderate or an I-don't-care-if-you-do-or don't attitude. Beginning to end, I was impressed. Due to a miscommunication, I saw the salesperson without my fiance present. The salesperson understood the need to include him and suggested a meeting spot to view previously completed work by this company nearby. This worked out perfectly and he then returned to my home to complete an abbreviated version of his presentation. They encouraged online research in reference to the quality of these extraordinary windows as well as Earth Smart, which I did. Every single thing was positive in areas that mattered to me & I made the decision to purchase from Earth Smart. The installers were simply wonderful & highly skilled working very hardly and basically continuously. I had 11 windows installed & everything went perfectly. Even the brand of caulk they used is "top of the line" and a huge indicator of the quality of this company and their workmanship. There was follow-up afterward and I feel very confident that should there be a problem in the future, they will take care of it. I love my new windows!! I recommend Earth Smart Remodelers very very highly! I was completely & totally happy. Thank you to this wonderful company; you restored my faith in people concerning keeping their word and valuing your business.

Joe was our sales rep and provided a very competitive price. We had Sunrise windows (wood grain) and siding installed. We were very pleased with the windows and siding installers. They answered any questions, replaced any bad wood, and cleaned up after work. The siding installers asked us to look over their work each day and make a list of any concerns so they could address the next day! We also had gutters and a garage door installed. During the hurricane we had no damage and found our windows had no air leaks!!! We are very impressed with the final product. The only challenging thing was matching the colors (gutters, garage door, and trim) which took Joe a few trips to our house to nail down. I would recommend Earth Smart.

Joe, the owner of the business came to our house and explained everything that would take place in replacing the six windows and gave us a good price. I had five other windows in our house replaced with Gorell windows ten months before by another contractor so I know the cost of these windows. Joe, said it would take six weeks to have the windows made up and shipped. It took four weeks and the job was scheduled. Joe, has a sub contractor who has been working with him for years and did an excellent job installing the new windows. He even put a coat of white primer paint on the wooden trim that was installed around the new windows. He also removed and reinstalled our window dressings that were screwed in place. The only comment of advise I gave to Joe was that he needed to review his Referal Policy which I hope he will. Over all it was an A job.

The sales person showed up on time. The windows arrived when they were supposed to. I was pleased with the installer. I had some problems with a few screens but the company ordered new ones for me and they are fine.

Owner/salesman came 1 hour before appointment for estimate. After badmouthing competition's "pushy salesmen" he became one- changing price 3 times in less than a minute, then badgering, taunting. The window product seems to be good quality, but the owner/salesman, who promises to supervise every job was unprofessional, putting the whole operation in doubt.

They came and measured for the windows. Several of the windows did not fit and I had ordered a creme color instead of the normal white on the original order. They brought white windows and said it would be a couple of weeks and more money so I just went with the windows they brought. A couple of them did not fit so they re-measured and came back with new windows. All but one of the windows fit and they had to come back a third time for that window and it still does not fit. They gave me price concessions because of all the problems that I had so that was a good thing.

The work was fine. Getting to the acceptable finished product took some additional discussion and they had to eventually come back. In the end the everything worked out.

They did a good job.

I think the work was okay. The person they said they would send to install they did not. There is a little warping and a few of the windows open a little harder than they should. You cannot see the grids from the street and I paid extra money for that. I was disappointed that I tried to call them back and I have not gotten a response yet on the work.
