I have had an excellent experience with Mitch. He was able to come out very quickly, and clean my computer. He added me to the end of his work day when I told him that fixing my problem was critical to me. He was able to fix the problem within an hour. Mitch will be my "computer guy" from now on. A+ on all levels.

MItch was able to come in on a Saturday morning that same week that our computer went down. Was on-time and professional and knowledgeable. Took time to answer our questions and suggested ways to avoid future computer issues. Would use again and recommend for computer issues.

It turned out fine. He was able to fix the problem. We were satisfied with the service. I sat right there with him and he explained to me everything he was doing. He is courteous, professional and timely. His rates were reasonable. It was pretty much as advertised. There were no surprises or anything. He met my expectations.

Flawless as usual. I just wish I had more projects for Mitch to do right now! By the way Mitch is extremely friendly and it's always pleasant when he's here. Some contractors can be awkward but MItch is just so personable. It's great.

He was able to come to my home a few days after I called, on a day I requested because I was home from work. He called the afternoon of the appointment to confirm the appointment, and to let me know he'd be about 30min late (which was about right). He asked my son questions about the problems he'd had with the computer, and gave him some tips on how to avoid having the same problems in the future. The repairs took about 2 hours. Price was as expected, and he honored an Angie's List coupon, though I had scheduled the appointment directly with him.

As always, Mitch was right on time and was efficient with the work. He is very knowledgable and always performs what you've requested, never suggesting goods or services that you don't need. I really trust Mitch and and happy that I don't ever feel that I need to find another computer expert again!

Over all our experience was really good. The down side was that I left Mitch spend way too much time trying to debug and repair our old computers ultimately costing us more money than we should have spent on them. This was our fault. Mitch quoted us a very attractive price to replace our two computers and I even ordered a third computer to replace an older unit at our church.

Let's just say, as always, the entire experience was perfect! Mitch was on time, friendly, brought all the right stuff, did the job quickly...We couldn't be happier. Oh, he's also friendly with a great personality!

Mitch did a very good job. He was knowledgeable, on time and very professional. He returned my initial call promptly and came out to fix the computer the very next day. There was a glitch in the repair which showed up the day after Mitch was here, which he was able to resolve quickly by phone. The computer seems to be working OK, now. As for the price, Mitch seemed slightly high to me just because I was used to paying less for computer services.

Have been told for the past year that I was in need of a new computer . Mitch helped me in selecting what was best for my needs. He was prompt , professional ,friendly . Mitch reorganized my programs in an organized manner and spent a few hours answering my computer questions and explaining them in terms I could understand. I don't know anything about how computers work. I can check email, search for info and write a letter. Therefore I rely on Mitch, who is very knowledgeable in all aspects of repair, maintenance and training. He answers all my questions in a way I can understand and doesn't make me feel stupid when I ask some really silly questions. He makes recommendations but doesn't try to push or hard sell. Mitch delivered and installed/set-up my desktop computer six or seven years ago when my old one couldn't be saved. I was extremely happy he was able to salvage data/files/pictures, etc. from my old one and transfer everything to the new computer. Mitch has always been on time, is very friendly and I will continue to use his services in the future. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

Mitch has been working with me for a few years, updating my equipment while showing patience as he helps me with my computer skills. He successfully moved my equipment from my previous location to my present location, without a hitch. He made valuable recommendations for updating my equipment and then did all work necessary to make sure equipment was then communicating with each other. Mitch is always on time for appointments which I do appreciate!

Mitch was very professional, arrived at the time scheduled and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed all of my issues and told me how to prevent some of my problems from happening again.

Mitch is very responsive - calling back right away in response to messages, and always responding to emergency computer problems!
