Had unstable Wifi signals in certain parts of the home, He expanded Wifi, so it was accessible with a powerful signal throughout the entire house. Mitch was extremely professional explained in detail what he had accomplished, would certainly, hire him again or recommend for someone looking for credible work

He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made helpful recommendations to improve my computer capabilities, and he put them in place for me.

I had a blue screen repair message, and although not very complicated, required a little more technical knowledge than I had. Thankfully it was a fast, easy fix! In less than an hour, Mitch had the PC up and running. Extremely friendly, courteous and polite, and answered all my questions, both about the fix and also about upgrades and/or a new, faster unit. The in-home service alone is worth it! No more lugging a boxy tower to a store, just to have them hold it for days on end... Definitely my new go-to for any PC issues!

Everything went exceedingly well. From the moment I spoke to Mitch I knew I had found the right person to help me find and set up a new computer to replace my almost 10-year old HP desktop computer that l knew wouldn't last much longer. After listening to my situation and concerns, he proposed a solution that alleviated all of my worries. Being a senior and not liking change, he set up my new computer with updated software right next to my "old" computer so that I have the security of the old system nearby as I become familiar with the new system. Mitch brought everything l needed and set me up with a great new HP desktop computer complete with keyboard, mouse and back-up drive. All my software was updated to the newest versions and he set up the desktop so that it's identical to my old desktop. Within a few hours everything was ready to go and I couldn't be happier! He also ran a virus check on my old computer and found almost 800 threats! He went over everything and will be "on call" for any questions I have or for any issues I encounter. He can also access my computer remotely should I have an emergency. It's like having your very own IT expert! GREAT He was very patient with me, explained everything to me. I had purchased a computer from a very large firm, it did not work, and Gary fixed me up. In fact after I purchased the computer he told me that there has been many problems with computers from that company. I should have listened to him. If you need computer work, please hire him.;

Mitch cleaned it up for us, removing all the programs they had installed. He found our back-up programs had been disabled, and replaced them. We have great confidence in him, especially as he is from Angie's List. He was here for most of two hours.

I've worked with Mitch over the past year and he is truly outstanding. He is extremely professional and personable. He is also highly responsive - calls back within minutes - and shows up right on time as promised. He is able to quickly diagnose issues and suggest solutions and he is definitely my "go-to" person for all computer issues. As a single professional and "mom" he is reliable and very reasonable from a cost perspective. He has definitely earned my trust and respect.

He did okay. Most of the people do the same thing. He upsold us on a couple of things, and that is always frustrating. Sometimes it needs to be, otherwise he did fine. He tried to do what we asked him to do, I am not sure if he did it, I don't think he did it because it couldn't be done. He was a nice guy, he did what he could but he didn't have a certain tool that he needed. If he had the tool, he might have been able to fix it, or he may not. I found out since then that most computer people don't have that tool. We were bouncing back and forth, and he was supposed to come one time, and we weren't there, or he was supposed to come one time, and he couldn't come. It was a fair experience. He seemed like he wanted to spend some time in trying to help us what we needed, but not having the tool lowers his grade. He didn't seem like he was prepared although he apparently knew what he was coming here to do. He was here when he was supposed to.

He was great. He came out right away and took care of it. It was not a big deal.

His 2 1/2 hour session with me was invaluable, well worth his consultant price. I was able to get answers to every question I could think of, major to minor, immediate to longstanding. Mitch not only answered my questions but took time to explain them in language I could understand. I found his patience and concern admirable, his knowledge and intuition concerning computer-related matters utterly trustworthy. That Mitch came to my home was an added benefit. I did not have to pack up my computers and take them to a service location. I had been looking for someone like Mitch for years and am delighted that I found him.

Tried all kinds of software related solutions to address the quality of text/picture on the monitor. Eventually determined it was a hardware problem. Sold me an online support service that I could use should I have a computer related problem. Recently I contacted the provider that I had an issue with the installation of Citrix receiver. Informed me that this required an onsite visit. Did not even attempt to remotely find a solution. Would not recommend purchasing the online support service he sells.

Everything, went great. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

everything was fabulous. we had a hard time connecting after my phone call to mitch (due to my schedule), but he persisted in returning my phone calls until we could talk. he scheduled my appointment, showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and worked for three hours at my first visit. he scheduled a second visit to do additional work I requested, even re-arranged another appointment since I am a teacher and can't take off. showed up on time the second time, worked for two hours until I understood everything. I have used angie's list before with "A" rated service providers who never even called back let alone repeatedly tried to reach me and then showed up on time!!!

Mitch was prompt, professional,polite and got me back in business on my iMac after a horrendous month of paying a small fortune to another computer consultant who did not solve my problems. I appreciated when he explained that the hardware my former consultant had me get was way more than I needed for my purposes . I have a small online business & to say I am technically challenged is an understatement , so I really need to be able to trust the person doing the work on my computer & trust that I'm not being told to buy the most expensive products if they aren't really necessary. After sinking $1800 into work which did not have me up and running a month from when my hard drive failed & my backup failed & left me feeling ripped off & anxious Mitch was exactly what I needed. As well as his computer knowledge he has great people skills. Thanks to my month of the disastrous loss of all of my files & research & images & then not having a working computer all that time I was beyond tense, but somehow Mitch made me laugh. And best of all I was back in business when he left !

Mitch arrived at my home right on time. He went to work running diagnostics to see if there were any bugs or malware that was causing computer to download from my WIFI server slowly. He found a few minor problems, cleaned them up and turned off some unnecessary programs. He checked the speeds of my computer and got everything running as it should be. All of the work was done in 1 hour. He also gave me some tips on what to watch for so my computer doesn't get infected. This was an excellent experience. I will use Mitch again and would recommend him to anyone needing to find an excellent tech person.
