The glass vanity mirror they installed fell off the wall. We were appalled when we saw how ARE installed it. Thank goodness my children were not in the bathroom and fortunately, an adult was there to catch it before it crashed to the floor and shattered. After promising to reinstall, they seem to have forgotten us and haven't heard from them again. Would never use them again and cannot recommend.

They were very friendly, cleaned up after themselves.

They were great and I had no problem with them.

down side to experience was told would only take 2 weeks took over 3 months took longer than thought.

American remodeling has a great product (windows) that they stand behind. The installers were well experienced and completed a quality job. They even went to Lowe's to get extra materials to ensure a quality fit for our windows before completing the job

Everything went very smoothly. Tim & Rick arrived on time each day. They kept us informed of all the things they were doing, made suggestions that we did not think of. Had to call them back for minor problem, which they corrected right away

When they were ripping the roof off they weren't exactly neat. They worked very hard and put in long hours though. As far as I can tell they did the job right the first time since we have had a few major storms and there has been no leaks.
