Description of Work: I had a flood in my 2nd laundry room. They arrived on the scene within hours of my call and then started the drying out process the next day. They were very professional, efficient and knew exactly what to do. The job was completed in 2 days and the paperwork was submitted to my insurance company.

Description of Work: Based on a response to an inspection of a home we were selling, we hired Rainbow to do some mold remediation and additional clean-up in a crawl space area.

Description of Work: After severe rains and freezing temperatures my rental property had what the industry calls and"Ice D***". Water in the gutter froze, went up the roof and proceeded to melt into the second floor unit, and down into the first floor unit. Both tenants called almost simultaneously, I called Rainbow International and Tom came out to assess the situation along with a co-worker. Work started immediately.. Gutter was removed, dehumidifiers were brought in which saved our insulation and dry wall, water was extracted from carpet on first and second floor units. A device was used to determine the moisture content throughout. Rainbow saving my carpet and dry wall actually paid for itself. My tenants were not relocated during any of the restoration, and I did not need to do anything but make that initial phone call.

Description of Work: I am pleased to recommend to you, John Sullivan, owner of Rainbow International restoration and cleaning services. Master Fire and Water Restorer. My problem/issue was caused by a basement pipe obstruction and crack in pipe resulting in sewage back-up from basement bathroom, and water damage/mold to walls. Mr. John Sullivan scraped all walls, collecting dry debris from floor. Then proceeded to power wash all walls and floor, and extracting all water and other debris. Then applied an antimicrobial spray to sanitize. He arrived promptly at the time promised, and had two of his employees with him. He reviewed with me the work to be done, checked with me regarding tools and some items, and what I wanted to keep or discard. .Mr. Sullivan and his two employees worked diligently and professionally to get the job done in my basement. He was pleasant and helpful through-out the time I first discussed this work with him to the conclusion of work in basement. He priced fairly and did a great job, I would not hesitate to use his service again!
