Hello.
Robert was out at my home last week and we discussed setting up a duct cleaning. He said you would contact me to set it up. I'm curious why you haven't contacted me yet.

I'm not sure why you're taking so long to get back to me to schedule my duct cleaning. I have to tell you, I was very impressed with your initial contact, inspection scheduling, inspection itself and plan for cleaning. However, I'm very disappointed in your follow-up. I spoke to Bob last week and he said I haven't been forgotten about, but I sure feel like I have been. I'm really trying to give you my business but I am quickly becoming dissatisfied enough that I'm ready to seek someone else if I do not hear back from you soon. If you don't have time for me on your schedule, that is fine, but please tell me that so I can find someone who does.
Thank you.

Did you ever thing that due to how we handel our business that we do get very busy at times. Based on this last email we have no desire to work with you. You cost our company money to answer the ServiceMagic call and Bobs time and experience you have received for nothing. Please get someone in to do your duct cleaning and good luck in moving forward with your IAQ problems.

Wow! I am shocked at your lack of professionalism. All I was asking for was the courtesy of a follow-up for scheduling as I was told I would receive. Even if you had to schedule me 8 weeks out because you are very busy, that would have been better than no contact at all. You should know that not only did you lose my business, but you've also lost business from my friends that need mold or duct cleaning work. I've already contacted ServiceMagic.com about this experience (and CCed them on this email) and will be adding a negative review to your profile there.
Good luck to you.

This is the very reason we will not work with you. You have a "give me all attitude" and we will not work with people like you. We have spent money on you and got none in return. Cost for ServiceMagic as well as Bobs time, experience and gas to come to your home. As they say you can not please evey one and you are the one. Have nice day and thanking you for sending a statement to ServiceMagic so they know how you are.

Again, all I was asking for was the courtesy of a follow-up for scheduling as I was told I would receive. I was trying to give you my money. You terminated our relationship, not me.
When he came to our house, he didn't seem to answer my questions. My husband has been extremely sick from mold. All Robert would say is that he wouldn't be sick anymore. He was very quickbwith me which wasvstrange since when he came to our house the first time, I didn't think he would ever leave, he just kept talking about his stories dealing with other customers. However, now he was different. I grabbed after he did the fogging that was supposed to kill the mold. I asked him if I had to do anything. He mumbled something about vacuuming in a few days.
After he left I didn't feel right about how he was acting. I googled his name and there were many good reviews andvsome really bad ones. That gave me a bad feeling. My husband felt a little better but not completely from the fogging. We called Robert a few days later with no return call from him. I emailed him and no response. This is exactly what one review I read that day said, once he left their house he never would ake their calls.
Since then we have had other mold guys here that said fogging was step one. However there are 2 other steps that should have been done. He essentially killed the mold and left dead mold spores everywhere. Anyone in the industry knows this. He knows this too, especially with all his experience and schooling.
Now that he left things like that, my husband is sicker than ever. The mold spores are thru our vents again.
