I contacted this company via ServiceMagic.com. They immediately called me and upon speaking with them, sounded like it would be good for them to come out and have a look around. Robert came out on time and spent some time talking with me and inspecting a few areas. He seemed very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He recommended that instead of a mold test to start with a duct cleaning, which his company could perform. I was told I'd hear from them to set up the duct cleaning shortly after he left. A few days went by and I never heard from them. So I sent them an email. No reply. I sent them another email 6 days later asking why they hadn't gotten back to me. That's when the very unprofessional emails starting coming from them. Because of my 2nd email to them, they decided they no longer wanted my business. Below is the email thread.
