The serviceman arrived 10 minutes early, took down the information about the issue, then gave me the complete price. Once I agreed to the price, he got right to work and had the main cleared out in a timely (for the scope of this job) manner. He then flushed the line with 10 gallons of hot water to rinse away any small particles, and cleaned up the work area. The tech was friendly, yet professional, and explained exactly what he was doing, and why. Montco Rooter will be the first company I contact with any further plumbing needs.

The plumber did an excellent job. He’s very personable, and I’m convinced did not try to pad the bill for additional profit. He got the work done as quickly as possible into my satisfaction.

The plumber came promptly and was able to work around my schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem and when it became clear that it was more complicated than I originally thought, he discussed the options with me and was very helpful in resolving all the issues that same day.

The service was fine and Louis is great guy who was able to get my drain unclogged. However, the price for the job was astronomical. Nearly $700 to pull my toilet and snake the trap on my toilet. I also purchased a membership that is supposed to save me some costs long term for future plumbing work. The membership also includes an inspection of other plumbing related things in my house for free. With how they price out their jobs though I might be looking elsewhere to get work done in the future.
