LOWES

I rented a pickup truck from Lowe’s in Pottstown and drove it a total of 12 miles. I put $5.00 in the tank before returning it. When I took it back this little “f” in sales agent said I used over 8 gallons of gas and was gonna charge me $40 for gas charges. So I asked him if he checked the odometer and he said no. Well after a few choice word for this little weasel I had to take the truck down and fill the tank. So for a 12 mile trip I paid $22 for the truck for an hour and $25 “f”in dollars for gas. These “a” holes have no idea what they are doing and I highly recommend never going there. They absolutely suck and will never get any of my business ever again. Update: I got a reply from Lowe’s saying that they are gonna use the experience in their employee training! Can u believe this sh-t. So I get screwed but the next guy may not. Now pay attention Lowe’s this next ones for you. Business 101, the proper way to handle this situation would be “I apologize for the inconvenience and will be sending you a Lowe’s gift card for the amount you where charged, and please keep us in mind for your home improvement needs”. This is what you should be using in your bull#”@ training program. I’m thinking about applying for a job at Lowe’s and really shaking things up. As you may have noticed , they screwed a very vengeful individual. I think I may even go on Home Depot reviews and tell all Home Depot shoppers that maybe thinking about going to Lowe’s to think again. This isn’t even about the money, it’s the fact that I asked this little pric to check the odometer and he would see the mistake was on their end but he acted like he didn’t even hear me. But anyway I took the truck back to the gas station and it only took 5 gallons to fill it which it only had 5/8 of a tank when I rented it) so how the “f” are they saying I used 8 gallons, and wanting to charge me almost $40. So their truck must get 1 mpg. So now instead of the thousands of dollars a year I used to spend there, Home Depot will get. All over 8 gallons of gas. And to the girl who was the one who rented it to me, learn how to read a gas gauge.well if you decide you want to read some more interesting things about this, head over to the Home Depot site. I’ll let you know if I get hired, then I may get even with that little “f-in” pric who refused to check the “f-in” odometer. We were very satisfied. We decided to use them because of price and quality. They did the work when they said they were going to. They did it nicely. The employees were just fine.

They were extremely helpful and their prices were good. I needed a certain size refrigerator and they found it for me. They were helpful from beginning to end. Another company was going to charge me for delivery, the kit, and hookup. With Lowe’s, you buy it and it is all included. They always have something on sale; mine wasn’t on sale but it was reasonably priced. Everything was done very quickly.

Lowes did a good job installing the counter. They were cheaper then home depot. The quality of the counter top is great, and I am pleased with the finished product.
