The provider had excellent communication with us and when they arrived they came with all the necessary equipment to clean our home. We did not have to provide any equipment or cleaning supplies. I went over a brief list of what I would really like to have cleaned because the house needed to be sterile for my mom, especially in the room she's staying in, because of her diabetic ulcers that are healing. They went right to work and not only took care of things on the list but also cleaned things that I hadn't anticipated them cleaning which was a delight and such a relief for me as I am disabled and I just can't do or can't do satisfactorily these days. I was totally amazed at how fast and efficient they were and the care they took and the pride they had in their work. Our house has never been this clean. I took photos after they left and shared them with my husband and he was equally thrilled and amazed. What took them two hours would've taken us over two weeks, I'm certain. The provider also was able to fit us in quickly which was necessary as my mother was discharged early and we required the service sooner than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend this provider and I know we will be using them again in the future just because of the ease and the cost is extremely reasonable not to mention the service provided is absolutely stellar in quality. Thanks to the provider for a job well done and a huge weight off my shoulders.

I am pretty picky about house cleaning and have had a lot of flops over the years, but these guys were incredible!! It was a team of three that got the job done in under three hours. The entire house was spotless - they even moved all our furniture to make sure that nothing went undusted, mopped and/or vacuumed. We are in the process of setting up regular visits by them. I would recommend them to everyone!

The two crew members arrived within minutes of our agreed upon time and finished within minutes of two hours. They were very thorough in their cleaning. I witness them drying the damp floors and actually putting trash in the bins -- just outside the door.-- small touches that make a big difference. I would like to have them back on a regular basis. We were all impressed at their speed and quality.

We were exceptionally disappointed with the quality of service. We agreed to pay $200 for a full cleaning of our new house, which was completely empty. As my girlfriend and I both work during the day, we left a key and trusted them to clean unsupervised. They did a terrible and thoroughly incomplete job, to the point that they didn't even dust the radiators. I had to ask that they come back to clean the radiator -- which they did -- but a few days later, I realized how much more they'd missed! They never touched our blinds, our ceiling fans, or our cabinets -- aside from cleaning sinks in the bathroom, we're really not sure what they did. This was very upsetting -- especially given all of their other positive reviews on Angie's List. My final proof in disappointment came when we hired another cleaning company -- at our estimate, they ran their finger along one of the shelves and their finger was black from all the dust these guys missed. It's a real shame and users should be wary of this company -- at least unsupervised!

They're very good. They're cleaning things that I didn't even think they were gonna clean. They're doing a nice job. We try and keep our house clean but these guys are keeping it much cleaner. They're well worth of money. My house smells pristine and smells very clean. They bring their own equipment and they're doing a great job.

I reviewed after the first clean and said they were amazing. I had to review again to say that after several months the service continues to be very consistent and amazing. To be honest it has changed my life..... As a busy working person, I don't have time to clean so I really appreciate the FANTASTIC job they do. We have two dogs and honestly there is no evidence of them when Cesar leaves. They do an amazing job on our hard wood and bathrooms and there is not a spot of dust and somehow the house seems to stay clean and dust free long after they leave. I cannot say how much I appreciate what they do. It is worth EVERY penny. Cesar is great at texting to confirm and to follow up. I look forward to them coming to clean! Please don't every stop or change the service. It's perfect just like it is.

Caesar is fluent with English. He follows up with us either with calls or text messages and attends to our special requests every time. He came for the first 3 cleanings to make sure we get used to his crews and his crew get used to special requirements at our home. Caesar is honest, cheerful, and going beyond to keep the customers satisfied. Delmy and Danielle are two pleasant and hard working ladies. They are very thorough with their cleaning and we highly recommend them for any families. I have no trouble communicating with the crew. If needed, I can always call or text Caesar to communicate with the ladies. Caesar either picks up his phone or responds quickly. All in all, great team and great services. We are very happy to have them keep our house in great shape. Thank you so much!

Two staff came in to clean our house. They arrived a bit early. Very polite. Cleaned the house thoroughly. I was very impressed by their meticulous cleaning. However, it is hard to communicate with them since only one of them speaks a little English. Both of them are very nice though and I really like them. I will have them back to do the bi-weekly cleaning in a couple weeks. Hopefully they will do the same good job as this one.

Cesar and his team are amazing, they did an awesome job cleaning our house last week and I can't wait for them to come back. We have two dogs and the seemed to take every pet hair with them. They were very kind and very thorough. Thank you for making our life better by cleaning our house so we don't have to. Blessings to you.

Scheduling was a ittle rough but once everything was planned, all went well.

I had asked them to clean the house because we are preparing our house to sell. We moved the dogs out and asked them to clean the house and get rid of all pet hair/dog slobber. They worked for a little over 3 hours and my house has never been this clean! They did a beautiful job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future if we were staying in the area.

They sent out two cleaners who worked for two hours. They cleaned the entire house. They did a good job and were hardworking.

Caesar is very honest and they do a great job. We continue to use him weekly.

I had Vania's come for 2 months. The second or third visit they messed up a berber area run by puling a long fiber can creating a big run (like in pantyhose) in the rug. Now, today they knocked a picture off the wall and the face of it came off. I only found out because when they put it back on they did it upside down. That is 2 things in 2 months they broke. That was the last straw. At this rate if they keep going my house will be destroyed in a year.

I scheduled them in August of 2013. I had surgery in September so I was not able to have them come plus we had our kitchen remodeled around that same time. My time ran out with them and I thought I lost them, but they got in touch with me and honored my contract. I have never had my house so clean. I now have them come once a month and they came on April 1st and did another outstanding job. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job cleaning and worked very fast. They had excellent equipment and did an excellent job deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. They were about 30min late arriving, but I really didn't mind that day since I had no other plans. I must mention that they broke one of my favorite glass candle holders during dusting due to a bit of carelessness (trying to quickly vacuum up dust around knicknacks rather than pick them up and move them.) Also, they used one of my wooden step stools to reach the upper windows (which I didn't mind), but dragged it across my hardwood floors, which made some scratches/marks. This happened in another room with some other items being moved/dragged on my wood floors, rather than carefully being picked up. You cannot place heavy or hard solid items directly on hardwood floors...or drag items across them, it will damage them. I've been nervous to call them back to clean again because of it. I just spent thousands of dollars having my hardwood floors redone, so I'd be devastated if they got marked up due to carelessness. Otherwise, I was very very happy with the quality of cleaning. They did an amazing job on my windows, wood trim baseboards, all floors, kitchen counters, refrigerator, stove top, bathroom shower tile (even deep cleaned the mildew from the grout!), ceiling fans, etc...My house looked and smelled great when they finished.

I used this company for the first time today. Very happy and pleased with their service. They cleaned the whole house. I have never seen my house so clean, my kitchen cabinets look like new, my bathrooms and windows are sparkling clean and my wood floor looks beautiful. They work quickly and their price is very reasonable . I would recommend them to my friends and family and I will hire them to come to clean my house every two weeks. Very happy customer :) .

They provided the deep cleaning first which was amazing. I would recommend them strongly.

Very thorough. Dusting, vacuuming rugs & furniture (we have dogs), cleaning kitchen & bathrooms including cleaning the floors. My kitchen sparkles after they leave & the bathrooms are wonderful (even my teenage kids bathroom!)

What they cleaned, they cleaned well. They cleaned less of the house in the time allotted than I expected. Their "discount" price is what I would normally pay for a similar service, and truly was no bargain. When I did try to reschedule them, they were consistently unavailable. I usually aim to give A+ reviews, but that is not appropriate for this vendor. Caveat emptor.

A bit difficult to communicate with, especially in setting up the appointment. I was pleased, overall, with the work.

It was excellent and I have used them before. The cleaning crew was very personable, professional, and friendly. They couldn't have been more willing to help. They were fine to work with. They sent out 2 people to do the cleaning and they were cleaning for about 2 hours. They are very accommodating with scheduling and came exactly when I wanted them to. I asked them to come another day on short notice and they were fine with it.
