We had our 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse cleaned by the cleaners. They arrived on time and did a good job overall. Satisfied with the services provided overall.

I have been very pleased with my cleans. I definitely couldn't do a better job than they do, especially in the timeframe they do it in. The crew is always kind and courteous, and I typically have the same crew because I am on their weekly schedule (which I like). They work with me reschedule if I'm out of town, which I also appreciate. There are times they are much later than I expect, but I believe they travel sort of far, and it doesn't bother me since I pretty much expect it at this point. I'm home full time, so it's not a big deal. I trust this company, and many times leave the crew alone in my home while I run out to run errands. I've never had a problem with anything missing (a typical cleaning company complaint), and I always return to a house that smells fresh and clean and looks amazing. I recommend them to friends looking for a service constantly.

I purchased a deal, but probably bought more hours than I needed for my house. The cleaning was thorough, so I have no complaints regarding the service quality. The provider was kind of hard to reach though, so scheduling was harder than I hoped. . The three person crew worked for several hours so I did not really get 16 hours for $399, and the promotion value expired before I thought about having them back, so I am swearing off cleaning deals, and just looking for a regular service

See above. They did arrive one half hour late...but other try than this did a great job.

-- I actually had a good experience with Vania Brito's cleaning service the first time around (Dec 2014). So we decided go with them again this time. We had a really tough time scheduling. The manager told us he would call us back and give us options for time slots after we decided on the day. That call never came and when I initiated the contact, we were told that there was only one slot open which wasn't that suitable for us. As we relied on this service, we did not bother looking around for other providers and we really needed the house cleaned. Although we were not happy, we made the choice to go with the time slot provided. On the day of the service, the crew were a good 20 minutes late. We were not informed of any delays. Again, we had to initiate contact to find out when they would be coming and then the manager told us that the crew was running late and would be arriving soon. It was the last appointment in the day. The crew was average at best. We specifically told the crew to not go at a rapid pace just because they arrived ~20 minutes late. We told them to be thorough and not worry about time thinking that they may hurry up because it would be getting late in the evening for us. Even after we told that, the crew were not as thorough. The cleaners who represented Vania the first time (in Dec 2014) were very very good. This time around the quality of the work was just about average. Overall we were very disappointed with how this appointment turned out to be right from the start to the finish.

Very punctual. Easy communication via text to confirm cleaning dates. I have had 3-4 other cleaners come to our home over the past 8 years. Some have been larger professional cleaning companies, others have been individuals. This is the first time I have felt like someone has actually cleaned my home like I would. They moved the furniture and swept underneath. The kitchen appliances look like new. Floors are spotless even after layers of "stuff" left over from 2 toddlers. I have finally found my cleaners and as 2 parents that work full time Vania Brito's has taken a load off. I can now spend my weekends spending time with my children instead of struggling to keep up with the house cleaning. Very fairly priced for the type of cleaning you receive.

The overall service was very good. The first appointment was for one person to come and look at the house and provide an estimate. The actual appointment was a week later. The help arrived a little earlier than what was told and we were not ready. Overall service was very very good, thorough and professional. I think the price is a little on the high end though. But very good service overall.

They tried to upsell me from the start. They came late. No call. The work was average. Not a good deep cleaning. Left garbage bags and piles of things around the house.

we have a dog who sheds a lot and have an expensive dyson vacuum and i offered that they can use that because it does a better job than most vacuums on dog hair. they brought their own shop vac type vacuum which worked wonders on the carpet and furniture. i have never seen the house this clean. they did the blinds and moved the couches and all furniture to get the area behind and underneath that is typically missed. they did the stove top and burners in the kitchen too. the price was lower than other cleaners we have used before and the quality of work was much better. we have already had them come out again and they performed up to the high quality we saw the first time. highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again!

They were very thorough. They dusted areas that had not been done by others. My roommate described the bathroom as "sparkling." They did a most thorough job in the kitchen, including the top of the range and basic cleaning of the interior of the refrigerator. As a senior citizen I appreciated that they changed the sheets on my bed.

Arrived on time and did a fine job cleaning up the ares we wanted cleaned. Very well done, wasted no time in getting to the job, in and out in no time leaving a cleaner home to move into. Will call them again for a future clean up help!

These guys are great! Every time out house looks beautiful. There's good attention to detail and very nice people. Highly recommend.

I was a little concerned when I scheduled the cleaning as the company seemed to be just one person doing this part time. But I should not have been worried. I could not be there for the cleaning, so I just stopped by and told them what I needed done and asked them to lock up when done. When I went the next day to take a look I had no idea what I would find. I was so hapopy as they did everything I asked and did it all very well! The house looked great and I knew the buyers would be happy and have no issues. I will definitely use these guys again and would 100% recommend them!

I bought the 4-hour special knowing that my house needed a lot of help before it would be ready for sale. It was much more than a 4 man-hour job, but they stayed over time until it was completely finished and charged me a very minimal fee for the overage. This provider really went above and beyond for me. There were 4 people here to clean and every one of them really hustled to get the work done quickly. You definitely get your money's worth. They cleaned all of my ceiling fans and chandeliers (they even took the glass out and washed it by hand). They fixed my blind that was broken. The bath tub in my master bathroom was a really dingy yellow that I was sure would never truly be white again, but it's like someone snuck in here with a brand new tub. Floors were spotless, kitchen sink has never been that shiny, I could go on and on, honestly. I was super impressed with the quality. And I didn't have to tell them anything, they just did everything that needed to be done without my asking. They also got back to me right away when I purchased the service and they accommodated my schedule, even coming late in the day to be able to give me the day that I asked for. I would recommend this service to everyone who needs house cleaning for any reason, but especially if you're getting your house ready for showing.

After buying the 'deal' on Angie's List, I received a call immediately from Cesar. He was able to fit me in the next week. He was friendly and easy to understand (although a heavy accent). The two people cleaning my house got lost and were about 45 minutes late. Cesar called within that time to get directions. This was an honest mistake and not a result of the company. The cleaners were very nice. They were able to speak limited English, but that did not play a factor in my rating. They started working immediately and I think I even heard them 'running'. They took off their shoes before they entered the house ~ which I have not experienced before with a cleaning company. They did some cleaning that I did not expect~ like under the couches. They even moved furniture to clean!!! The only complaint that I had was that their dusting. There were picture frames in our front entry table that had dust all over them. In addition, the lamps had dust on the ledges of them (that is one of the first places that I notice dust). I had to re-dust the house after they left and my swiffer dust clothe was completely dirty. I'm also not sure that they actually mopped the floor or rubbed it down with a cloth/spray??? So, I probably would not have them back because of this. ....which is disappointing b/c I liked how they did the 'deep cleaning' behind/under furniture.....

I am very impressed by the work they did. The schedule got messed up and they thought I cancelled, and to make up for the miscommunication he gave me a break on the price.

Cesar was very responsive in setting up a estimate. Our house was filthy and the estimate was very reasonable. They did a good job at cleaning the house thoroughly. However they were heavy handed and some blinds were broken, and many items were out of place. In addition to $250 for the cleaning, we tipped them an additional $30. We were planning on having Cesar's team clean our home monthly, but unfortunately we realized that a pair of tickets to Scarehouse that had been on our fridge were missing. We asked Cesar about this twice but did not get an answer to what happened. Sadly, though they did a good job overall at cleaning, we will not be using them again.

It went great. I gave them a time limit of 4 hours (with 2 people working) for the first visit and they got a lot done in that time and did a great job. Worked from the minute they walked in. Easy to schedule with. Friendly. I hope to use them again after this deal is over!

We just purchased a home and needed it cleaned before painting and moving in. A three person crew came and cleaned the baseboards, windows, floors, inside cabinets and bathrooms. They saved me so much time!

I bought a big deal for housekeeping. I was contracting quickly and got an appointment when it worked for me. Two people came (I thought it was 8am buy they came at 8:30 exactly so maybe my memory on the start time was wrong). But by 11am everything was done, and done very well. I'm pretty neat and tidy and don't have a large home but they did a very nice job!
