The work was fantastic. They arrived on time. They asked me what I wanted done and were able to complete everything I requested. I have hired a lot of house cleaners, and they were the probably the best company I have ever hired. Cesar and another worker came to complete the work and they were both great. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone for any deep cleaning services.

overall it just OK. They take a long time for two people to glentthe small bathroom, and that two lady take a lot, besides this everything it ok.

The cleaning persons Patty and Maria arrived little early and asked whether it is ok to start then or wanted them to wait until correct time. well I am really happy to start early and so they are in. Asked me What I wanted to clean first. I tell them what I want to do and they started working immediately. They are fast, professional and thorough. I am happy with the service and do not hesitate to call them again.

He did a fabulous job. They came out shortly after the purchase. No additional charges other than $99. This is the first time I am using them. They did an excellent job, very meticulous in cleaning and it was almost I couldn't have done a better job. I would use them again in the future.

Cesar and Delmy arrived at 1:10 and verified that they would stay for two hours. They had brought in their equipment and were extremely thorough. This summer, we have used a number of cleaning services that offered coupons like this. These two were absolutely wonderful, worked very hard, needed nothing. I am so impressed at the difference between these workers and the others who have been to our home. If I could afford full price, I would have them come regularly and will definitely use them when we need the house cleaned for a special occasion. I am impressed.

I called them to schedule, and they said that they could not schedule right now would call me back. He never called me back. I don't want to deal with this if I can not even get something.

Made an appointment through Angie's list email, when the day came the never showed up. I called to see where they were and they said they didn't know about the appointment??!! Rescheduled for the next day and they were a half hour late. They did a decent job, cut corners dusting and only worked 3 hours.

They came early and stayed late to get the job done. All three worked very hard without a break. Our place was thoroughly deep cleaned, and they left it sparkling and beautiful.

I had called and left a message. They called me back on August 30th and we set up an appointment at 3:30 today. It is now 4:45 and no one has shown up.

They were very thorough and when they were through the appliances, floors and furniture looked great!

The women were very friendly and professional and the only comment is they did not take the trash to the dumpster just across the parking lot. My Mom is 86 and walker dependent so she was unable to take it herself.

The woman arrived a few minutes late, I'm ok with that. They started cleaning right away and brought their own equipment. I showed them what I wanted done - not the entire house. In the master bedroom I just wanted vacuumed, windows and sills, and the ceiling fan. They also did the bed side tables and dressers - which I said they should skip bc I wanted them to focus on other things. The kids room I just wanted them to vacuum and the upstairs bathroom is tiny. I had to call them back upstairs to do a window and sill that wasn't even touched in my room. They also had to re-do the faucet in the bathroom bc there was dirt still very evident on it. When the one lady came up to do the window, she told me they only had 20 more minutes, what did I want done. I said, no you have 40 minutes left because you were late. The downstairs was ok, they didn't do the lights above the mirror in the bathroom at all and barely wiped the window sills. They did finish up and stayed about 10 minutes later. But really the amount of cleaning that they did was NOT 4 man hours by any means and it wasn't deep cleaning at all. They did the basics and nothing more, not even the basics at some points. They also made flower things out of all of the tissue boxes in the house. So they wasted about 5 tissues from each box in the house and wasted the time in making those not actually cleaning. They even found an unopened tissue box that was with my son's school supplies to take for the classroom and opened the box, made the flower and left the packaging they tore off on my bed in a laundry basket. They also checked their phones and texted many times while they were here. When they cleaned off the dressers in my room - which I told them not to do - they dusted and replaced some things on the dresser, but other things, like receipts and papers in near by laundry basket or in the drawer of the dresser. I was angry about that because I specifically told them not to do the dressers. Overall, I was not at all happy with the service. I won't ever use the company again. And even with the 'big deal' the price was much too high for what they accomplished.

It went great. There was confusion at first during the scheduling and they did not show up. It was rescheduled for another day and I had no problems with that appointment. They were hard workers and did a wonderful job!

They arrived a bit late but that was OK. However, the management and I agreed that they'd return at 8 a m the following a.m. They never came; management person claimed it was for 1 pm but I said I had an appointment and never would have agreed to 1:00. Then they found the reservation for 8:00 but it was too late so I did not have them back. I was very upset that the excellent service was being scuttled by bad organization.

They brought everything to clean which makes a homeowner's life much easier. Everything looks wonderful. Sparkling clean. Dust free. All appliances are as clean as ever. They dusted ceiling fans and shutters and got rid of clutter. I would recommend their services.

Delmy & Patty (I apologize for mis-spellings of names) arrived and went right to work. They were meticulous in their cleaning! I'm not sure if some of the areas they cleaned had been done in a very long time or ever- baseboards, windows, dorrways. The ladies were polite and friendly. They spent extra time completing the job. Although they did not get to all the rooms requested the rooms they did were beautiful and sparkling. I look forward to having Vania Brito's House Service back again.

Besides rescheduling a lot, they were great! very professional.

The quality of the cleaning was fine. The two women cleaned 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, office and 1 bedroom during the two hours. They cancelled the first appointment by calling and telling us they were having car problems, so we rescheduled for later in the week. On the rescheduled day, the two women arrived an hour and 45 minutes late, which set back my plans for the day. The women were polite and did a good job. Upon finishing, the two women couldn't provide a quote for future services, but told us that someone would be in touch. As of today, we haven't heard from the company. Therefore, we are going to continue our search for a cleaning service. I think the problem may be that this company is too small to handle the volume from their special deal through Angie's List.

Their special was advertised as a deep cleaning and that is indeed what they did. They cleaned things I had never thought would be done such as mini-blinds. They had to clean around my clutter (my bad) , which they did instead of trying to organize my stuff and waste time. The kitchen and bathroom were shinier and cleaner than I'd seen since I moved in; I was very pleased. I didn't ask or expect them to clean my attic or basement. Otherwise, my place is rather small; they focused on the living areas and did a good job. If I'd had a decent stepladder, I believe they might have even cleaned my walls and ceiling... I'll probably be calling them back for more regular touch-ups.

These ladies did an outstanding job cleaning my home. It never looked so clean or smelled so fresh. They worked from the time they arrived until they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I am extremely well pleased. EXCELLENT JOB!

cleaning was fine but kitchen floor was slippery when it dried. I don't know what they used. Price of $99 included 2 people for 2 hours. I have another estimate from them for routine cleaning. It was higher than I thought it would be.

Delmy and Patty were AMAZING. In the 3 years I've been in this house, it's never been this clean. I thought I did a pretty good job cleaning... NOPE! It feels like they cleaned my entire house in 2 hrs. They swept, dusted, mopped, vacuumed furniture, wiped down the fridge and garbage can (both stainless steel)... And cleaned the shower floor that I could NOT clean (i tried!), water stains on tile in another area, etc. Simply amazing. They even washed my dishes! The entire house smells so clean. The girls were efficient, happy, and friendly. They will be back here again!

The company responded immediately to acknowledge my request and called back the next day to schedule. A crew of 2 arrived on time and immediately went to work cleaning my 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath home. They were friendly, professional and did an extremely thorough job. I was truly amazed at how thorough they were and I've requested that they continue coming every other week to clean for me. After the excellent job they did cleaning my home, I hired them to clean my daughter's place. They outdid themselves! She has hired them to clean on a regular basis. They are fantastic!

The appointment was made well in advance. They did respond to make the appointment within 48 hours. Taken by a gentlement.He called on 08052013 at 8:30 PM. Made appointment for 3:30 pm on 08162013. I had to take off work to meet them! They never showed up nor called. I have tried calling them 4 times on 08162013 and 08172013. They have not returned any call. If they can call at 8:30 pm to make an appointment, then they surely could call by 9:00 pm on the date of the missed appointment or atleast the next morning. I thought there would be more professionalism from a company on Angie's List. Not anyone can get on the list! I can not trust these people now. I just want my Fee back!
