They cleaned the first 2 floors of my house (that is all the time limit of the deal would allow), did a great job on the floors and did the dishes- which I did not expect. Cleaned 3 bathrooms and all surfaces, also made the bed and took out the trash. I would definitely hire them again.

The quality of the cleaning was excellent. I would characterize their work as deep cleaning-way more than superficial cleaning and straightening.

It went well, they were very thorough. In addition to cleaning, tney organized things for me.

Prefer to have more time from team to finish first and second floor as I thought would occur. I was disappointed because I was having a party and had not budgeted time for me to clean the second floor.I would appreciate knowing when I schedule appointment: 1) how long they can stay ,2)typically,how much time is generally needed to complete two floors. I was satisfied with the quality of cleaning but not the limited time therefore not finishing the work discussed and expected.

The 2 person crew showed up on time & began immediately. They split up, and thoroughly cleaned both the upstairs & main floor. I was so impressed, that I asked them if they would come bi-weekly after my deal was completed. They have done a marvelous job, even staying a bit late to finish up the foyer.

They are excellent. I plan to establish myself as a regular customer. Highly recommended. They are busy; be patient and they will call you back.

I have used them several times and I really like the work they do.

They provided 4 man-hours of cleaning (2 people for 2 hours). They were very thourough and meticulous. My one problem was with responsiveness. When they arrived, I specifically told them the areas I wanted cleaned, knowing that it would be impossible to clean the whole house in 2 hours. I wanted the bathrooms and the floors done. They spent about 90% of the time doing the bathrooms. That left only 10% for the floors. They did a deep clean of the bathrooms, which was nice.

Did a nice job cleaning and stayed beyond the 2 hours to finish the second and third floors. However, they were unable to clean the first floor because of the cleaning they did on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

This service did a thorough job on my son's pig sty apartment! It looked and smelled so clean when they were done. They vaccumed (even the blinds and window sills), dusted, mopped the hard floors and scoured the bathroom and kitchen. I'm so pleased and impressed! They worked quickly and efficiently!

When they arrived I had a list by priorities. I was just going to have them do whatever they could for 1 cleaning. Cesar said 1 cleaning with the 3 of them would be about an hour and half. He said they had the time and could do 2 cleanings ?approximately 3 hours. I initially said I just wanted the one because I wanted them to come again in 2 weeks and in December. But after an hour I decided to have them do the extra cleaning?just get it all done well. Then I noted that the kitchen was getting a more thorough cleaning. I guess if I want just "1 cleaning" I have to be specific and just have those things done. Just the kitchen and bathrooms for example. Having a priority list which left things too vague I guess. Perhaps now that they have been here Cesar would be able to approximate what could be accomplished in 1 cleaning. I hired them through one of the Big Deals. $299. for 3 cleanings which is about $100. a cleaning. I bought 2 of the "deals" (unintentionally but I decided to keep the additional deal) I look forward to their next visit. It was a great relief to have it done. Because of family obligations I have not been able to keep up with things and have 2 very young grandchildren living with us. It was huge to have these 3 people come in and just clean it all up top to bottom in 3 hours.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. They were good and showed up early. They showed up without calling and they asked if it was okay and I happened to be home so it actually worked out better for me. They did a good job with two ladies that came out. I was surprised because the whole time they both worked on the same thing and it wasn’t like one was working in the bathroom and the other in the kitchen which I thought would be. It was four hours of deep cleaning, so it was two ladies for two hours. I don’t know if it was as efficient and they should have been able to do more but overall they did a good job. People should know what they are getting. The guy on the phone and the girls were really nice and professional.

Excellent 3-women crew. ( Patty, Velmy, & Judy) They did the job that would have taken me all day in 2 hours. Very impressed. Will definitely have them back

The house was competently cleaned; the workers came a couple of hours later than they were supposed to. They ran over the four hours, but stayed to complete the kitchen. They did a good job with a pretty dirty house and made it look better. That's the best part. The less-than was with organization: it took over a month to schedule the cleaning. problems: lack of availability, missed appointment, running late, etc. I found the service well-priced, but not so cheap as to warrant all the inconvenience of rescheduling, waiting,etc.

They did a really nice job, came on time and we had no issues.

They have worked for me for a few months. At first all was well but as time went on and they got more clients the job became rushed. It seems like the owner took on too many people and expected the crew (especially Patty who seems to be the only one who speaks English) to handle it. My "set time" would change without notice and I would have to wait sometimes for an hour or more. I also got called a few times to change my day. When you are paying 60.00 an hour you expect more.

Provider was extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend them to any others who may be interested in a reliable cleaning service.

I emailed promptly and scheduled an appointment and cancelled prior engagements. They were not there at the 10:30 appointment. I called them at 11 and they said they were having issues with transportation. We decided to wait to reschedule and requested they contact me as of September 30th to schedule a date. I have not heard from them since.

Patty and crew did an excellent job. Exceeded our expectations. Made hard water stains go away. Would use them again.

I moved into a much larger house and four months later we are still getting settled in. I hadn't had time to clean or fully unpack due to some construction projects, but the mess didn't wait to accumulate. Ceasar came in and they were wonderful and efficient. My home was cleaned as expected and I will certainly use them to clean my house again.

The cleaners arrived a few minutes early and discussed briefly what I would like to have done. After that, they were on their own. The floors were well mopped, everything was wiped down and dusted and things that were left out were stacked neatly in convenient places for me to put away and my couches had been vacuumed. The sink was spotless. The only issue was the dishwasher had been filled in an odd manner. That took a total of 5 minutes to fix and my house felt very clean when they finished. I've never had a cleaning service before, but I would happily use this one again.

They are not doing the cleaning until OCTOBER 1st but I was told by one of your representatives to reply to this in order to get the $5 Starbucks gift card that is being offered - otherwise, it would not allow me to get the Starbucks card. :)
