Description of Work: Installed an expansion tank on water heater. |removed old valves on laundry tub and installed new shut off valves for washing machine. |installed shutoff valves under kitchen sink as well as new faucet.

Description of Work: My drains were draining very slowly. All the usual problems were examined, snaked and unsuccessful. It took about 3 hours to discover the problem was in a clogged piece of pipe. Finally, drain success. Everything is working perfectly now.

Description of Work: Not sure of date, but the two scummy guys who came out were snickering and removed my thermostat from the wall and didn't put it back, and one went down to the basement for a short minute and told me my furnace had three holes and needed to be replaced and that I should put all my living room furniture in the yard so it wouldn't be in the way when they brought a new furnace. I called another plumber for a second opinion and after half an hour inspecting the furnace with a video camera on a tube, he found NO HOLES at all. I contacted Action Housing that would've paid Terry's for a new furnace and their inspector also came out; he said they have fired Terry and won't use him again. I think Terry may have been friends with my bad neighbor and that's why they did this to me.

Description of Work: The company was contacted to provide an estimate for a repair and a service in a bathroom. The company's representative provided the cost of the service call / diagnostic fee but did not state the cost of services or repairs. When the caller requested the company's hourly rate for its plumbers, the representative said there was no hourly rate. The rep said the company used a fee for service structure. When the company's representative was asked what the fee for particular services and repairs would be, the representative said that information could not be given. The rep was unable to explain why this would be so if the fees are predetermined. Perhaps this is standard way plumbing company's throughout the area handle phone inquiries. Howevver, this practice prevents the customer from receiving a ballpark estimate to determine if some companies have exorbitant prices. The company may consider posting such fees on the website if it wants to attract business.

Description of Work: They did not call or show up on Friday,so I gave them another chance. The plumber made this his first call this morning, explained what the trouble was with each issue. It's expensive to get a plumber in, so I like to have a list of 'to do's' when I finally call.

Description of Work: Had smell from main sewer line. Snaked area & did not find clog. Discussed natural household products to keep household drains running smoothly & recommended using drains more to limit any odors from main drain.

Description of Work: Sent man out to look at hose drainage pipes. Owner came on weekend to discuss and work was suggested that was less than we thought we needed. Our basement is dry for less than we we thought. Very nice workmen, prompt service, and for much less than we we thought because Terry showed us a cheaper solution.

We didn't call them on Easter Sunday, but when we called on Monday, they were prompt, very courteous and very helpful, but also very inexpensive.
