the crew was very polite. they replaced my whole sidewalk. I hired them to repair the leak in my 2 bedroom ceilings and they told me I needed a new roof, plus needed to replace my box gutters. I hired a company last summer because of the leak I was having and was told the roof was fine, the box gutters were repainted ( which have since peeled). I'm not even sure if they repaired the flashing or just painted that too ! Now I just made arrangements for my whole first floor extending up the stairs and the 2 bedrooms to be painted. As well as update the kitchen. John and James have become like family.

We had some damage done to our roof from a storm. We knew that we needed to replace the roof soon so we figured this was the time. It was explained to us in great detail everything that was going to be done when we were given the cost. Once the crew started dismantling the roof it was much worse than anticipated. They replaced almost 30 sheets of plywood and had to remove as many as 4 layers of shingles. They also trimmed some overhanging trees and replaced a downspout among other things and did not charge us one dollar more than the original quote. The crew was professional and the foreman was a perfectionist, keeping us informed of every step along the way. Would absolutely recommend SJ Pierce and they will definitely be our first call when we need work in the future. Thank you!!

They did fix my basement toilet correctly. It took two visits but they did it properly. The upstairs toilet was removed and worked for a few days before the flushing mechanism stopped working. The plumber came back and said he would replace it as part of a future project, and that has not happened. The plastering job in the living room was a good job. the ceiling crack was repaired, but as a side effect new cracks have appeared everywhere. A structural engineer determined that when the upstairs toilet was removed , it disturbed the entire house frame, causing cracks throughout.

The workers came in the morning as expected to replace the gutters. It was messy but they worked until they finished and cleaned up like work was never done. What a difference! I am very happy with the final results. I am now looking into the next project for them to tackle.

The entire crew were polite, cooperative, worked in a timely fashion. The sidewalk they installed is absolutely beautiful., itâ s a exposed aggregate . I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Iâ d definitely will use them again if the opportunity arises.

John, James and Steve made this transaction comfortable. They removed the old and put in a new aggregate concrete front porch. I have never had this type work done, so I was nervous ... but they were very patient with my many questions. I am very pleased with the workmanship and will use their services again for other projects.

The work on the steps and handrail was excellent. However, the damage done to the door frame has not been repaired despite numerous phone calls and texts. Admittedly, I did not notice the CB damage until an hour after they left, but I guess once they have the check, they were done. Update: within a week after the less than wonderful Home Advisor review they did come and repair the damage. I'm now satisfied with the work so increased the rating; however, it still leaves me with the impression that they care more about Home Advisor reviews than in customer satisfaction.

I hired SJ Pierce for new concrete steps. John and James were great to work with and had very competitive pricing. They explained what was needed and completed the job in the time frame they promised. The steps look great and add great curb appeal to the house. I will hire them for other jobs needed!

Review by Kathleen and Steve S. in Cheswick PA. We were very pleased with the SJ Pierce Company. We initially hired them to fix a leaking roof with skylight windows. They went right to work and then told us that they also did plaster repair. We said yes and hired them to redo the ceiling. Wow! They did a beautiful job. Then they painted that same room. The workmen were terrific. I can't imagine we would hire anyone else.

They were great working I call the SJ PIERCE .TOLD THEM I NEED to talk to them and I was call right back and he came out right out to see what the problem was and he told me it would be fix I am still waiting but .I know they will come if not I'll call but they did do a good job and I will have them do more work...

They exceeded our expectations for cementing our brick courtyard. They moved everything and replaced everything when finished. We needed a french drain installed and they did that as well with no increase in cost.
