The only problem that I came across was the first day that we scheduled had to be cancelled due to a worker was sicked. That pushed all the work back a few days which interfered with my work scheduled. That did not affect the quality of work as we are very satisfied with the deck.

I hired Rossero Contracting in April 2015 to complete a new elevated composite deck with a wrap-around staircase for our home. We are very pleased with the deck. Numerous neighbors have commented on how great the deck looks and a few have reached out to Russero to quote their own decks. Our project was hit with horrible heavy rains and storms, but the team put in late hours, worked Saturdays, and battled through a giant mud pit create by the rains to still complete the job within a reasonable time frame. Unlike other local contractors that we attempted to contact, Russell was extremely prompt in his response and offered a clear quote within 24 hours after meeting with us at our house. Russell was very flexible in suggesting a design that would maximize the quality and usefulness of the deck, while still remaining affordable for us. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Russero Contracting and will definitely turn to them first for any future project needs.

Friendly and effecuent. They took down a brick porch, replaced the pillars with vinyl clad wood, added a railing and re-did the ceiling, moving the ceiling light and installing a new one for us (we purchased). Work done in a week. Owner kept us informed of when they would be here and what would be done each day.

Owner was extremely efficient, gave us a quote. I signed and the work was done. I knew when they were coming, they completed it in a timely manner, cleaned up. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

This contractor started out doing great work but as the project started coming to an end the attention to detail on items was overlooked. He was suppose to touch up some areas on my deck and failed to do it. I tried calling him to ask about it but he never returned my call. Be cautious if you hire him.

Very responsive; Russ came out several times before the job to consult with us, and then kept track throughout the work to be sure things were being done well and that we were satisfied. His prices were very fair, and the workers were professional and skilled. The deck and front porch are both beautiful and make us feel like we have a new home. I would definitely recommend him

Russ was great to work with. He responded immediately to our initial posting on this site and visited us the next day to plan the project. He spent a good bit of time discussing some of the design challenges we had and the budget we wanted to stick to. We liked him right away and decided to proceed. Russ's carpenter, Ray, did an excellent, high quality job in building the deck. They both were receptive to some changes as we went along. The finished project is exactly what we wanted.

Rossero Contracting is the best. Emailed Russ & within 24 hrs he responded. Within 2 days had an appointment. The next day Russ sent me an estimate & pictures of decks. I selected Russ out of 3 contractors. His estimate was reasonable & within my budget. Ray was given the job, he did an exceptional job, always cleaned up on a daily basis. Ray also repaired various sections in my fence. Russ always kept in contact and there were no hidden expenses at the end of the job. Both Russ and Ray were very professional and I would recommend Rossero to everyone. EXCELLENT WORK - JOB WELL DONE

Russ took the time to come out to our home twice to show us pictures and discuss the projects. He was very down to earth and his prices are VERY reasonable. Russ was honest and fair. Brandon did excellent work and cleaned up wonderfully. They installed skylights and did repairs. Very pleased.

Rossero Contracting did an amazing job on a challenging deck add-on around a hot tub and a pergola build and front railing replacement at our home. Brandon and the rest of Russ' crew worked through snow and serious cold to get the job done in a timely manner. They were all professional and courteous and did everything that was promised. Russ was always reachable and quick to react when we had any questions. We chose Rossero because Russ took the time to make 3 trips to our home to ensure the job was planned properly before providing us with what we felt was a very fair price.

A beautiful job of replacing my porch floor. Everyone who has seen it is impressed by the meticulous touches. Unfortunately the furniture removed to that they could work was not replaced even tho heavy rain was predicted. I will take the blame for that by making payment before the furniture was returned.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Russ and his crew. We love our new deck. It is well constructed and looks beautiful. Russ and Brandon provided excellent customer service. The price was right and the project was completed in a timely/professional manner. I would have them back to do other projects.

Russ was wonderful. My porch turned out better than expected. Russ was polite and and courteous, especially when my 8 year old daughter was out chatting with him. Russ went through a great deal just to get the building permit from a building inspector who was extremely difficult and was nit-picking on certain things. The quality of his work is exceptional as my front looks totally transformed. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend Rossero Contracting to anyone who needs a contractor.
